A source said today that Gov. Rod Blagojevich was taken into federal custody at his North Side home this morning. The U.S. attorney's office would not confirm the information, and a spokesman for the governor did not immediately return a phone call for comment.

well well well...very interesting...I wonder how this ties in to Obama saying in a Barbara Walters interview that he had ‘lawyers’ ‘negotiating’ with the Secret Service over handing over his personal blackberryphone (and, at that point, had not turned said phone over).....connecting dots can be....very interesting.....
since neither Rahm or Obama are state senators anymore, I’d say it’s time to:

The only writer named in the phone conversation excerpts was Deputy Editorial Page Editor John McCormick, whom Blagojevich allegedly called a “bad guy” in a Nov. 21 conversation with Harris.
McCormick said Thursday he was not aware of the alleged pressure and had not been contacted directly by the governor or any of his staff about the editorials.
That’s interesting.
