Take it to the bank.
They’ll be burned - don’t need ‘em cause this race is out of reach. ACORN will keep its powder dry for close elections in the future. They may be ‘crats but they ain’t stupid.
And this despite that terrible drag on a candidate, Governor Sarah Palin. LOL, what’s the media spin going to be now?
please use a larger font size. i had a hard time reading that.
=P
McCain plus Grahamnesty = filibuster proof Senate re: Immigration “reform.”
When you take out the black vote...you know, the folks who went in the booth only to vote for BO...it was Chambliss in a landslide. This result should not come as a shock to anyone.
-—————————————————————————————If we can get 15 to 20% of african american votes, democrats will loose. In this election, I think, the turnout of african americans should have been very poor. Obama did not bother to campaign and georgian democrats should be in a rage. This kind of margin always demoralizes the opposition. After this election, national democrats will stop campaigning in Georgia for any general election.
How is this not moot with all of the RINO’s which will exist in the next U.S. Senate? RINO’s will definitely be playing power games with both the Democrats and the Republicans throughout the next two years.
There will be many Dems that won’t support amnesty, especially the ones up for re-election in 2010.
Yes, we’ll still have to stay on top of all the RINOs, and not let them side with the Dems or let them know their geese will be cooked. :)
Our only hope now is that conservative Republicans can join together with conservative Blue Dog Democrats to deny Obama some big leftist legislative wins and appointments.
Thanks for the numbers!!! :) I am pleased as punch.
You’re onto me. ;’)
It’s moot for many things, but not for the worst of the worst of things like card check. Card check will be almost a straight party line vote - even Snowe and Collins didn’t support it - so having 41-42 Reps in the senate will be crucial to stop it.
Like I’ve been saying, the only way to stop 0bama’s agenda is to target Democrats from moderate/conservative House districts.
Forget the Senate. Add in that scumbag Mel Martinez, and Amnesty will sail through the Senate.
Lots of Bluedawgs in the House may have a problem with card check. Those that support it need to be made famous.
You forget that there were many Dems that voted against amnesty. We can afford to lose McCain, Martinez, and Grahamnesty because there will be Dems that vote against it.
The blacks who showed up on Nov 4th for Obama didn’t show up today.
I think we need the senate to stop card check. Last year card check sailed through the house, and that was when Dems had a smaller majority.
Because Bambi’s voters weren’t there to hold up the dem vote.
I think there should be an organized program (maybe here on FR) to shine the light on all these Bluedawgs in the next few years for all the important votes.
States Ponder Replacements as Obama, Biden Senate Seats Open UpMore importantly, not having a "filibuster-proof majority" (I hold that such a thing doesn't exist) actually strengthens Obama's hand at first. Hey, don't bogart that.

Many did - it's just that the fraudulent (non-existent) ones did not.
Go Saxby - and yes, despite being a Tennessean, I gave a little support to his campaign.
