John Ziegler didnt know the kind of fury the left would unleash on him when he unveiled his web video How Obama Got Elected.
The ten-minute short featured 12 interviews he conducted with Obama supporters at Los Angeles polling stations on Election Day and the final product wasnt flattering to liberals. His subjects couldnt answer basic questions like Who controls Congress and Who is Nancy Pelosi or Who is Harry Reid. They could, however, correctly answer questions about GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palins pregnant daughter and wardrobe budget without any problem.
The web video spread like wildfire around the internet, getting more than 1.4 million views. Ziegler plans to include the interviews in a forthcoming film titled Media Malpractice How Obama Got Elected.
See his website and video here.
As a result Zieglers email inbox has been flooded with profanity-laced emails accusing him of racism, bigotry and hate mongering. (He submitted 25 of these emails for my review, but many of them are unprintalbe.) Whoever started this sight [sic] is a racist! one email sent from someone identified as Andrea Gurule said. What? You couldnt handle a black man beating out a white man?! The man is qualified. More so than John McCain. Regardless, Hes your president. Get over it!
Ziegler argues that he never intended to make Obama supporters look bad. Rather, they could not answer the questions because the media misinformed them throughout the election. He admits his interviews were not scientific but he did commission Zogby to conduct a poll asking the same questions. The Zogby poll found 57.4 percent of Obama supporters could not correctly say which party controls Congress. Only 6.2 percent of those same supporters failed to identify Palin as having a pregnant daughter.
See poll results here.
The Zogby results were incredible and they were credible and the vast majority of enws media ignored it because it was their own malfeasance that created a massive amount of ignorance, he said.
Ziegler is now planning to commission a similar poll to assess the political intelligence of those who voted for GOP presidential candidate John McCain. Zogby, however, is refusing to do it. After receiving a great amount of backlash from Obama supporters Zogby said will not be conducting the McCain poll.
I believe there was value in the poll we did, John Zogby told the Politico. I also believe it was not our finest hour. This slipped through the cracks. It came out critical only of Obama voters.
Ziegler said he didnt originally conduct such poll for McCain voters because his documentary is focusing on how Obama got elected, not McCain. He will likely include the McCain poll results in the film and along with more detail about the outcry over his original poll.
All this controversy proves the overriding premise that the media helped Obama get elected Ziegler said.
“They could, however, correctly answer questions about GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palins pregnant daughter and wardrobe budget without any problem.”
They ARE this stupid. I work with people like this.
*Rolleyes*
Dems did a get selling job through ignorance and hype. Get connected on the Obama wave, feel the difference, part of the plan... blah, blah, blah. In other words, remain as stupid as you ever were and be controlled by the message managers. America bought a clunker without realizing it from that smooth talking, say anything, salesman Joe Biden and the back-room media boys.
And actually, a couple of years ago, a Pew Research poll showed that Rush Limbaugh listeners were better informed than consumers of any other form of media.
bump for later
Zogby sux.
So. Obama’s voters are morons! Who knew?
I was talking with a coworker about what happened to Samual Joseph Wurtzelbacher and the way his personal life was exposed to the world just for asking a question. My coworkers answer?: “The guy should have known better.”
I walked away and haven’t talked to him since.
Stuck pigs sqweeeeelllllll!
Obamatrons united.
“The materials also prove that Obama knows his voters ~ as do we.
America is in a great deal of trouble”
The core of the problem is that although there have always been “voters” like this, their numbers are increasing to that point where they will soon constitute an absolute demographic majority. This will make it nearly impossible for conservative - or even reasoned - dialogue to exist in campaigns and elections.
Imagine a Congress FULL of Cynthia McKinneys, as elected by these dolts.

There’s a movie ~ “Idiocracy” ~ very prophetic.
America is in a great deal of trouble.

You get four and a half stars on a five star scale for understatement. America is up to its eyeballs in alligators, water moccasins and wildcats, not to mention having a severe case of hemorrhoids and a dose of syphillis.
I see the left is showing its usual tolerance.
Along with its abysmal IQ level.
yikes
I have little but contempt for the MSM. That said, it simply cannot be faulted for Obama supporters not knowing which party controls Congress. That is one fact that the media report regularly.
We should have the courage to discuss the other possibility: that the Obama campaign mobilized vast numbers of people with no knowledge whatsoever of what they were voting for.
Keep it up, the vast majority of BHO supporters know deep inside that they are not very smart, these losers will wake up and recognize that they have foisted a fool on this country. The day of reckoning will not be delayed.

True democrats (spit)
You do not know that. This is your opinion. For everyone who says this, there is another with the viewpoint that the Republican party is too conservative. In some instances, both can be true. Both can also be wrong.
IMHO, these polls show us the real reason we lost. There are too many ignorant voters who go with whatever they hear from the MSM. We need to work on PR, big time.
You beat me to it.
