The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Maybe we should be tapping BO for more predictions!
The birth announcement listed the Hawaiian address of the parents.
I was hoping there is or was a Cavil brand tinfoil. Really, our problem is folks are overly worried sometimes about looking tinfoilish. Truth can get strange sometimes. The world of normal public discourse is actually very sanitized. Reality is more gritty and confused.
He cant use a number which already exists for someone else and if his number is way out of line with the other babies born at that time, well many Freepers and/or fraud experts will catch it.
He would have ended this by now if he could have. He cant.
Very interesting point.
Obama benefits from being born in 1961, on the cutting edge of when real records were kept.
Really, a lot of this is suspicious because he just doesn’t come out with the birth cert. papers to begin with.
A lot of us, at least myself, have had to admit to some things we’d rather not under the law, under penalty of the law. So, a lot of us can relate to this on a basic level.
Why in goodness sake is that name calling?! A conspiracy is a coordinated effort by several people to hide the truth and/or cover up an illegal act. Isn’t that what we are claiming here? A falsified birth certificate? Lying that you were born in the us when you weren’t? That’s conspiracy!
“If you want to be taken seriously then read the background of this.”
That’s what I considered when I first replied to pa mom. She didn’t feel like wasting time to see if her questions had already been answered in the thread.
But if you see how she ignores one side of the argument it doesn’t take long to realize gathering the facts is a waste of time for her.
And in Hawaii, where all sorts of bitter streams flowed then.
Perfect storm!
That is not true. Chief Engineer (who just commented on the previous page of the thread) checked out the address.
People who want to appeal to moderates and media folks get worried about looking like extremists. Of course, to RINOS and the media, any real conservative is an extremist.
This whole thing reminds me of when there were claims (still floated about) that Bush got a girl pregnant. There were witnesses, supposed falsified documents and many, many whispers. Supposedly in 2000, W raped a woman and she filed suit. If we didn’t believe that flimsy stuff, why this? Is there any more proof in this case?
We just want to make sure that the same disease that afflicts Bush haters doesn’t settle here. It will rot your soul.
I didn't know that! Couple it with Bill Clinton's ambiguous remark that "anybody who is constitutionally qualified" can run for President, and I think we have some indication that even Dems are a little freaked out.
Incidentally, I don't think there'd be riots over this. I think a lot of black people would feel very betrayed - by Obama. I don't think they'd like the fact that he used them.
Agreed. I don’t see conclusive proof for a cover up.
Fox News spent three (!) weeks trying to track down classmates from Columbia. And found NONE.
A current list of preliminary conclusions from the thread discussion.

Chief Engineer to little jeremiah
We have no idea whose home was used for the listing in the birth announcement. I believe that Grandma Dunham through her position as mortgage administrator at Bankoh kew of a safe address to use when registering the birth which i turn generated the birth announcement. That area is very high price costing mega bucks and even with both Dunhams working they could not have afforded to live there, especially considering that it is on the water side of the island! Most homes in that area were built by mega buck snowbirds.<<<
Hello! pa mom! See the truth above? Are you going to admit your “mis-statement” above or let it slide?
I just quoted you and asked “What proof?”
So what are you agreeing with, yourself?
And that reasoning you just laid out is far more persuasive to me than anything else I have read here.
The released document does indeed have an embossed seal. The short form is the standard form used in Hawaii. Now there very well may be a concerted effort by some folks to create a fraudulent document. But I am suspicious. And I do have faith that if that is true, it WILL come out.
