The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

All the info is not in. After we see the long form, we will consider the opposing point of view.
So what is he hiding? Who is his dad then? If it is proven that his dad is not who he has been telling us it is that would be hugh and series!
Obama’s book about his father would be moved to the fiction section of the bookstore.
Why, 47 years later, is it so imperative to make sure no one sees the long form? Just release the thing.

I believe he doesn’t have a “well made forgery”. If he had one, he would have presented it by now.
I believe the “forged BC” was not made because he and his experts have discovered that legitimate Hawaii BC’s have a serial or registration # in the top right hand corner.
These numbers are and were given out in sequential order. No gaps in numbers.
I believe he and his “experts” cannot find a number which lines up with the real babies born in Hawaii at that time.
He can’t use a number which already exists for someone else and if his number is way out of line with the other babies born at that time, well many Freepers and/or “fraud experts” will catch it.
He would have ended this by now if he could have. He can’t.
But you didn’t answer my question—it doesn’t make sense that his grandparents would plant a phony announcement in 1961 in the paper to ensure that the plan, many years later, to falsify Obama’s birth certificate seems legit.
As for your question—the Obama camp did release a birth record as standard in Hawaii.

Maybe Malcolm X’s family made sure that the announcement was in the paper. The truth is often stranger than fiction.
Why would they release the long form (which is not done in Hawaii) when the short form proves his birth? That is their argument, I would assume. Supposing the long form supports the short form—wouldn’t that lead us to believe that the long form is a forgery, too?
Why, because he is was running for Potus and demanded two forms of id from everyone attending his Obamapalooza.
Is there anything more than speculation that his stated father is not his father? All this goes round and round. If indeed he was born in Kenya, as some claim, then Obama sr. must be his dad. If he was born in Hawaii, then he’s a citizen, his birth father is immaterial.

What proof?
That was my general view after seeing the evidence at Factcheck, particularly photo #5 ( http://www.factcheck.org/UploadedFiles/birth_certificate_5.jpg). There is really only one way that photo could be created which is someone photographed an actual artifact complete with seal (embossing). Another photo at Factcheck shows the notary stamp, unfortunately since that is a photo of the back of the document, it could be a different document.
But bottom line, someone used an embosser to create the artifact shown in photo 5. One plausible explanation is that someone in the Hawaii office created it fraudulently. Another is someone in the Hawaii office stole the embosser and sold it to a forger. Another is that someone created an embosser and used it on a forgery. In the latter cases the forger would also need the cross hatched paper (or have to create it separately from the forgery of the border and text).
The bottom line from this visible evidence is that a real implement created that photographed artifact and I would agree that sooner or later the person who used the implement will turn up or confess. Like you said, it might be a lot later.

They didn’t do dna tests in those days, she could pin it on any black guy. She may have figured this Kenya guy could help her out the most. Who knows, she may have always wanted to visit Kenya.
