The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

The short form hasn’t been released either, as far as I know.
Why did he not go to the funeral of his grandmother? The campaign was over and he won..how convenient that she was the only one who knew his true birthplace?
And even if there is proof that Obama is not eligible to hold the office of President...It wont matter...
None of this answer the question I asked. Give one rational reason Obama wouldn't let anyone view it right now and end all the speculation.
What the O camp released is normally sufficient when it doesn't look like a forgery.
“So you think bitterness is motivating Keyes?
Prove it.”
Additionally, Mr. Keyes is basically Mr. Outsider to begin with it seems to me. Something that might make one bitter is being snubbed in being allowed to debate as my foggy memory recollects and also mentioned in these forums. Hence, if one might allege Alan Keyes to be bitter about some things, well, I’m sure, we could line up quite a few incidences.
There is so much detail here, I get lost because I’ve been following more or less, all of these Birth Certificate threads for some time as well as Schlusser’s (spelling?) site dealing with the selective service records and commentary there.
We have no idea whose home was used for the listing in the birth announcement. I believe that Grandma Dunham through her position as mortgage administrator at Bankoh kew of a safe address to use when registering the birth which i turn generated the birth announcement. That area is very high price costing mega bucks and even with both Dunhams working they could not have afforded to live there, especially considering that it is on the water side of the island! Most homes in that area were built by mega buck snowbirds.
It is reasonable to think that some form of bitterness is motivating Keyes, yet so what? We have a duty to turn those bad emotional drives to the good when we can, that’s better than chopping of our arm because it once swung a bat in anger. Ask any home run king.
Alan...run for president again. We love you! We respect your constitutional integrity.
I’ve noticed that as well.... These cases are popping up in other States as well.
Have you seen this enclosed citizenship petition against Obama:

You got that right, forged!!!
At that time in 1961 you did NOT used the term AFRICAN, you know what I mean???
Cavill did use tin foil. See http://www.cavill.com.au/pages.asp?area=25&page=106 Just saying.
Great phrase!
Yes, in 1961 they would not have used African! They may have used continent, however. lol
I have not read the whole thread and am hoping you have been educated enough on this issue by then, but I can’t continue to read your posts without comment.
YOU need to read the background on this issue. It seems like you are stepping in with very strong opinions on this BC issue , but have no knowledge of the facts.
This is not paranoia. The document which was presented to the public via the web is probably a fake.
No way to fully know because the registration number in the top right corner was blacked out.
Any future documents he produces for examination should (if it is real) show a # that is traceable and real.
There is so much more info on this subject, but many of us have answered the same questions, over and over and over again.
If you want to be taken seriously then read the background of this. Then present your arguments. Right now you are just grasping at straws that have already been thrown away.
You should do some background reading and educate yourself.
The newspaper announcement doesn’t mean anything. I have a cousin that was born in Arizona. Her birth announcement was in the local paper here in Oregon, because that is where the mother grew up. The grandmother here called it in to the Oregon paper. This was not unusual in the 1950’s & 1960’s. The announcement here didn’t mention that she was born in Arizona, and not in Oregon.
Many newspapers would print birth announcements for free if it only included the parents names, the childs name, and the date of the birth. If you wanted a fancier announcement with more details in it then you had to pay for that. Most people didn’t pay for extra wording in the announcement.
Thank you, I remember your comments on one of the other threads that discussed that birth announcement.
Okay, so I spelled “cavil” wrong! I kind of was thinking it might only have one l.
First job of fledgling newspaper reporters: births and obits.
Not if it's above the Anointed One's pay grade, no doubt. Be afraid, be very afraid...and stock up on ammo.
That would be murder. Murder is unlawful even without a Constitution.
What I can’t believe that hasn’t been mentioned is:
- he suddenly (3 days later) goes to HI to see his grandmother who was gravely hill
- says his grandmother won’t make it to see him elected while he’s in HI
- “Toot” is doing much better according to Michelle a few days later
- don’t hear anything else in the news about “toot” all week
- she suddenly dies the night before the election
Hmmmm .... coincidental that BHO called her death before the election? Maybe we should do an autopsy on grandma.
