Constitutional crisis looming over Obama's birth location
World Net Daily ^ | 11/14/08 | Bob Unruh

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Man, this birth stuff has got to stop, Obama is a natural born US citizen, end of story....dump this crap and focus on the fight ahead the next 4 years against Marxism-Liberalism of Obama...

Actually, this BC stuff might help us in fight ahead. If he is weakened by this, it might make it more difficult for him to get his Marxist Agenda in, and make it easier to defeat him in the next election. On another front, over the next 4 years, he and his cronies are going to continue to strengthen ACORN and other voter fraud organizations. How do we stop that? How can we reverse what they have already established?

There have been so many threads about this - many very long ones with much speculation and valid info - that if you’re just starting to read about this, and really want to know more, the best thing is do some searches and spend a long time reading.

First of all, if you look at some of the photos of Malcom X and Hussein, they look amazingly alike. ANd then look at the one or two photos of Obama Senior. No resemblance whatsoever; in fact, two more dissimilar looking faces you could hardly find.

Plus, Stanley Anne Dunham spent time in Seattle (or some other towns in WA state) right around the same time Malcom X was there. But it’s not that radical as it sounds. They look extremely alike, she and Malcom’s paths certainly could have crossed, and she was raised a commie radical rule breaker. IMO it could be a possibility.

Sorry, I just don’t buy any of this. I did go back and read a couple of threads and poked around the internet.

I’m not a conspiracy buff, I’m afraid.

This line of thought won’t weaken Obama, it will weaken the conservative cause. The MSM will latch onto this to make the entire right look like raving loonies, thereby making us easier to dismiss. This stuff also turns away moderate republicans, who, hate them or not, will be necessary to get into the fold to elect our candidate in 2012.

On one of the threads a couple of days ago Calpernia showed how the birth announcement may have been doctored. Additionally, anyone concerned such as grandparents could have sent the announcement to the newspaper even if he was born elsewhere. Plus someone in HI mentioned that the address shown had no known connection to Obama Sr, the mother, or the grandparents. Whose house was it?

So you’d rather just “believe” what you believe. Fine with me. Sorry I wasted my time trying to inform you a bit.

for all of those who seem pretty dense on this subject, why not just watch Bergs video and get aquainted with the subject.

“This stuff also turns away moderate republicans, who, hate them or not, will be necessary to get into the fold to elect our candidate in 2012.”

Aha.

That’s the clue.

The reason the Repubs didn’t win this time is not because moderate (aka “non-conservative”) Repubs didn’t vote, but because conservative Repubs have been tossed under the bus repeatedly.

“We just want Obama to prove that he is eligible to be our president”
*********************************************************

Exactly. I pray that one of the lawsuits hits the mark. Verification of meeting the standards set by the Constitution isn’t really asking all that much.

I have heard and read many rumors, some plausible and some way out there. I have my own theories..but since I have no proof I will keep them to myself. Come on Obama, shut me and everyone else up by showing the same document that the rest of have to produce to get a driver’s license.

I understand that you believe this. I find this kind of stuff fascinating, but I don’t accept it as valid, however interesting an intellectual exercise.

I think as long as you are interested and concerned, that’s fine, but if it is truly worrisome, maybe a break from politics is in order.

I don’t agree with Obama’s politics in any way. But he will be my president and I wish him well. I will work like heck to defeat him in 2012, but I wish him well. Maybe the gravity of the office will affect him positively. I prefer to be optimistic—you live longer that way!

Whether the boy has a valid US b.c. or not, it is “in your face” low-”class” and wrong of him to play this pissy little game with the rules of the nation.

obama: the great uniter.

Do you really think someone more conservative would have won this election? The deck was stacked against any R running—I’m amazed it was as close as it was. If Hillary had run, it would have been a bigger margin of victory. Obama was a great campaigner, but a horrible candidate. Bush was a millstone around any Republican’s neck, that’s the main reason Obama won. That and the fact that we truly wanted to get past race and elect a black president.

Not that electing Obama will get us past race, but that was the hope among many.

I know from personal experience that lots of potential McCain voters turned away because of Palin. I know overall she was a boost, but around philly, she was a negative. And I love her. I wrote an opinion piece for the paper trying to unravel the negative views of her, I was so frustrated at the level of animosity.

I do appreciate the information; as I said, I find it fascinating. I just don’t buy it. I could say the same thing, that you want to believe what you want to believe—isn’t that a personal prerogative?

Yeah, I know that you are saying, but they don’t consider Justice Thomas a “real” black man. They see him only as a sell out to whites, an Uncle Tom type.

With me, it’s not a question of belief (and using words that attack the people rather than their arguments, such as “FR has jumped the shark” and “conspiracy/tinfoil etc”), it’s a question of wanting to be as informed as I possibly can.

Apparently you don’t have the same driving need to find the truth as many here. You’d rather call names. That’s your right.

"Verification of meeting the standards set by the Constitution isn’t really asking all that much."

That is the core message that every American needs to hear right now.

Good Lord. So we will be stuck with President Biden and Vice President Hillary or even worse Vice President Pelosi??? Sheesh it does not get any better. The Republicans who are doing this seem to think that if Obama is found unqualified to hold the Presidency that somehow McCain will win but that is not true. I don’t know where they get that fantasy from.

If Malcolm X was not his father, he certainly was a mentor. Read a few excerpts from his "The Ballot or the Bullet" speech in 1964, but, it may be more relevant today:

I would like to clarify some things that refer to me personally -- concerning my own personal position.

I'm still a Muslim. That is, my religion is still Islam. My religion is still Islam. I still credit Mr. Mohammed for what I know and what I am.

I’m a Muslim minister. And I don’t believe in fighting today in any one front, but on all fronts. In fact, I’m a "Black Nationalist Freedom Fighter."

The political philosophy of Black Nationalism only means that the black man should control the politics and the politicians in his own community. The -- The time -- The time when white people can come in our community and get us to vote for them so that they can be our political leaders and tell us what to do and what not to do is long gone.

Twenty-two million black victims of Americanism are waking up and they’re gaining a new political consciousness, becoming politically mature. And as they become -- develop this political maturity, they’re able to see the recent trends in these political elections. They see that the whites are so evenly divided that every time they vote the race is so close they have to go back and count the votes all over again. And that...which means that any block, any minority that has a block of votes that stick together is in a strategic position. Either way you go, that’s who gets it. You’re -- You're in a position to determine who will go to the White House and who will stay in the dog house.

A revolution is bloody, but America is in a unique position. She’s the only country in history in a position actually to become involved in a blood-less revolution... All she’s got to do is give the black man in this country everything that’s due him -- everything.
