On one of the threads a couple of days ago Calpernia showed how the birth announcement may have been doctored. Additionally, anyone concerned such as grandparents could have sent the announcement to the newspaper even if he was born elsewhere. Plus someone in HI mentioned that the address shown had no known connection to Obama Sr, the mother, or the grandparents. Whose house was it?
I understand that you believe this. I find this kind of stuff fascinating, but I don’t accept it as valid, however interesting an intellectual exercise.
I think as long as you are interested and concerned, that’s fine, but if it is truly worrisome, maybe a break from politics is in order.
I don’t agree with Obama’s politics in any way. But he will be my president and I wish him well. I will work like heck to defeat him in 2012, but I wish him well. Maybe the gravity of the office will affect him positively. I prefer to be optimistic—you live longer that way!
Chief engineer did a lot of searches on that address. Not one of them was connected to the Dunhams or Obamas. No one has seen a microfiche of that announcement. It is just a photo copy with some type remarked up.
We have no idea whose home was used for the listing in the birth announcement. I believe that Grandma Dunham through her position as mortgage administrator at Bankoh kew of a safe address to use when registering the birth which i turn generated the birth announcement. That area is very high price costing mega bucks and even with both Dunhams working they could not have afforded to live there, especially considering that it is on the water side of the island! Most homes in that area were built by mega buck snowbirds.
