I wonder if this is the death knell for the GOP as we know it. I bet brighter, younger true Conservative's will rebuild the party into something new and stronger! These four years will teach Americans of all persuasions what is wrong with Liberalism and the Democrats and what they did to destroy our country. It then be the Democrats that will have to soul search to rebuild their party ... we will survive! Photobucket

Here is the real truth... over 51% of registered voters in the US want to have Uncle Sugar take care of their every need... they have been indoctrinated by the msm and by the public school system.

At the root of the cause is Bush/republican fatigue that set in due to Bush and Capital Hill spending like drunk sailors... Bush allowing foreign nationals to riot in our streets, while telling us that we were racists if we did not embrace these illegals as fellow Americans... New Tone that led to Bush never defending himself and by proxy us... those that stood by him and defended him at every turn.

This article is just more inside the beltway, elitist dribble by those that adore powell for his act of treason.

That’s what happens when you run a true left wing liberal against a liberal lite. The real one wins.

The fact that Obama had to run his campaign from the center shows that this country is NOT a leftist nation. McCain’s big mistake was assuming that he could be a better centrist than Obama Claus.

The fact is they had a candidate their young voters could get excited about. That's what put them over the top. I mean Al Gore and John Kerry, whatever legends in their own minds, were not rock stars. Obama was one to the young voters. They got excited, stayed excited and showed up. We'd better start exemplifying conservative values in a way that appeals to a younger breed of voter and figure out how to keep them engaged and passionate or its over.

We need to get the grass roots on fire and start from the bottom—we need to take the House in two years. We need to identify and support real conservatives. We need to reach out to like minded citizens and socialize with each other and mobilize. We need to teach the kids and promote the Constitution. We need to reach out to colleges and firm up our religious support. We need to clarify EXACTLY what we stand for and stay on message.

Let’s get this done, people! We can wallow in self-pity for a couple of days, but then we have to lick our wounds, enjoy the holidays and in January we have to mobilize and get the job done!

Who’s with me?
