I am less than 15 feet from Sarah Palin's podium! LIVE from Raleigh, NC!!!

All right! I am about 10 feet from Sarah's podium in Raleigh! Can't take pictures from my Blackberry but the crowd is huge... Tens of thousands lined up outside. I managed to get VIP access at the last minute for the family and we're going to get a close-up view of our next Vice President! I'll try to post updates as the night goes on.

Any Freepers in the crowd, let me know!

I just saw McCain’s mother on TV. She’s 96 years old and flying around. If John McCain does something bad, tell his mother he needs a spanking.

Ok!! I am lipreading my wife on the other side. She said she just spoke w/ rally management and heard there are 30,000 people here!

And they are all yelling “Drill, baby drill!!”

Its bad enough that people have kicked our President while he is down, but thank you for not participating in stomping on him at this time.

God Bless George W. Bush. He was the right man at the right moment.

Wake County is trending Democrat this election based on early voting totals, something like 59%-36%.

30,000! WoooHooo! That’s fabulous! I tell you all, there’s is an amazing energy out there on our side. I’ve been feeling it growing the last couple of weeks, polls or no stinking polls! The DBM is SERIOUSLY underestimating us and our motivation to get this ticket elected AND Sarah Palin one step from the top!

Drill baby drill, mine baby mine!

USA USA USA!

(Since I couldn’t attend a rally I’ve just gotta get some cheering in! ;) )

Go McCAIN/PALIN!

Will she be able to change 20 percent? That seems like quite a bit. I guess anything will help.

I don’t think a 20% swing is needed, there are still many many votes on the table in Wake County.

INOW the pool expands on November 4, the 20% then becomes less as more people hit the polls.

Ain’t technology great. Plus it makes deployments much easier on those of us left behind. When my husband was in Iraq, we would get weekly sessions with a web cam and microphone. My son, then 2 was able to see and talk to him. I don’t know how the families and soldiers did it long ago.

Granted, internet is $75/month here, but it’s well worth it.

Mine is from work + camera disabled.

Mine is from work, too, but I'm self employed!

We’re all in pink shirts now. The crowd is not calming down. The energy here is magnificent !

Vote McCain, not Hussein!
