The audio recording of Barack Obama espousing his socialist philosophy of “redistribution of wealth” is all over the Internet and Fox News today (although the other media outlets are ignoring it), but there’s another disturbing section on that tape that has so far escaped notice.
The link to the audio is here: Chicago Public Radio - Audio Library: Odyssey.
At about 15:30, Obama compares what was going on in the United States during the time of Brown vs. the Board of Education to ... Nazi Germany. Yes, really. Here’s the quote:
“...just to take a, sort of a realist perspective...there’s a lot of change going on outside of the Court, um, that, that judges essentially have to take judicial notice of. I mean you’ve got World War II, you’ve got uh, uh, uh, the doctrines of Nazism, that, that we are fighting against, that start looking uncomfortably similar to what we have going on, back here at home.”
There you have it. America is close to electing a President that compares his own country to Nazi Germany.
How many shocking statements is it gonna take to wake us all the hell up?! And I thought Kerry was liberal...sheesh
The tense is called the “historical present.” He’s narrating this and laying out the scenario.
Regardless of the tense, however, he clearly believes that the US and Nazi Germany are identical in their theory. He’s gone beyond nutcase with this one. And way, way beyond being a credible presidential candidate.
Comparing Eisenhower America to Naziism is an insult.
The real Naziism will begin if Obama is allowed to unconstitutionally take power.
Please understand me, I am supporting McCain/Palin, even donated some money today to the campaign and will post signs of my support.
I tried opening that with Quicktime, MediaPlayer and Realaudio without any luck. What format is .ram?
So how is it that this part of the tape has NOT been played.
Given that there is a tremendous amount of early voting going on NOW, why has this part of the tape been withheld?
I just don’t know.... I’d like to completely share the confidence of jveritas that this will all turn out OK on Nov. 4, but how in Hades could a far-left anti-American, anti-military, appeasement socialist like Obama even get this close???? I’m not too pessimistic yet, I still think Obama can be defeated next week, but I cannot be too confident either. If these things are sure to sink his candidacy then his prospects should have sunk long before now. Very close to 50% of the population simply doesn’t care at all about his real beliefs and background not at all.... or they’ve been propagandized to belief that there is nothing to worry about and it’s all a far-right Bogeyman being conjured up to scare people.
Frankly, I have to issue a descenting opionion here - to a degree.
Picnic lynching parties were going on at that time.
Then again, I compare America in certain respects to Nazi Germany now — witn many exceptions, most good, except that America has killed more innocent human beings in these last 35 years (about 50,000,000).
It is time to repent of the Obamanic hypocrisy about that holocaust and drive this hideous chapter of American history into the dust.
.ram is for RealMedia
Perhaps you need to update your player
WABC radio news tonight played the loud chants of supporters at an O rally.
It was so chilling. Does everyone have collective memory loss.
Has no one seen that kind of mindless following from the Hitler Youth.
I am terrified of this candidate.
Research IL senatorial candidate Jack Ryan and what happened to his candidacy because of the actions of a IL democrat judge pertaining to Ryan’s divorce records.
Then research how IL REPUBLICANS threw Jack Ryan under the bus.
Then you’ll no longer wonder why there is a Senator Obama.
0bamatrocity. He really does hate America.
And after making his comments, he sits at home and thinks to himself, "you know, if I could get a bunch of folks stirred up with some good ol' class warfare rhetoric, and get them to look to ME to cure society's ills..."
Must be something with Illinois Democrats, didn’t Dick Turbin compare Americans to Nazi’s too?
Sorry, I spoke too soon....
.ram is for RealMedia but I can’t open the file either, and I definitely have the latest player..... not sure what’s going on with it but I’ll try some more.
We need to get this on YouTube pronto!
