Now Rush is comparing what Edwards and other Dems paid for sex - in the neighborhood of $150K - dressing Sarah vs. undressing prostitutes and interns.

Yes they can but most won’t. This leaves it up to the FEDs. If the country is facing a Constitutional crisis, they need to jump on it now.....not after the election. Look.....if Obama gets elected and it is found out that he is not elegible, it will effect everything we depend on. The reason being is that we will surely see riots like we have never seen. That shuts everything down. Truckers will not go on the road......there goes all your supplys.
It’s been suggested that unless BHO is actually elected, the issue remains hypothetical and thus nobody has standing. Perhaps the first to actually get standing is Congress when the votes are counted (can’t count someone who can’t be POTUS), or the Chief Justice when the prez-elect is being sworn in (can’t swear in someone who can’t be POTUS). Before then, the Constitution does not address mere candidacy, it just says the President must be a natural-born citizen, so the condition technically doesn’t apply unless someone is actually taking the office. A nit-picking detail, but that’s how the law works.

It would maybe go better for the Obama shills if they stay away from the issue of “people’s real name” The Press is just starting to check people’s background. Nightline Co-anchor Martin Bashir derided, “But his name’s not Joe and he’s not a registered plumber. And those are only half his problems.” Wow. How many stories did they do about Barack Hussien Obama’s real name Barry Soetoro or Barry Dunham. What is his real name. Oh he told us so we just need to take his word for it.

He was registered in his school in Indonesia as an Indonesian citizen. From what I can determine, a child who was a citizen of another country but had an American parent (and thus potentially had dual nationality, if it was one of the countries with which the US had this agreement at the time), would have to declare this when he was 18 and renounce the other citizenship. He doesn’t ever appear to have done so, and there’s some suggestion that he travelled on an Indonesian passport when he went to Pakistan in the 1980s. It’s complex, the law has changed several times since then, and I don’t know if it’s really worth looking into.

Every citizen of this country has a direct interest in who the president is and stands to suffer damage thus literally any citizen has standing.
