Yes they can but most won’t. This leaves it up to the FEDs. If the country is facing a Constitutional crisis, they need to jump on it now.....not after the election. Look.....if Obama gets elected and it is found out that he is not elegible, it will effect everything we depend on. The reason being is that we will surely see riots like we have never seen.
