The question regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility to run for President based on questions regarding his status as natural born United States citizen has reached the Hawaiian Supreme Court. Illinois journalist and Democrat politician, Andy Martin, has asked the Hawaiian Supreme Court to entertain an emergency writ expediting the release of Senator Barack Obama’s birth records.
For months there has been speculation about Barack’s birth status among other issues associated with his birth certificate. This has been helped along by the campaign’s reluctance to produce uncontestable records of the Senators birth and status as a natural born citizen of the United States. When the Obama campaign did release a scan of Obama’s birth certificate its noticeable lack of an embossed seal among other inconsistencies with proper Hawaiian birth certificates simply fueled the speculation of critics.
The Hawaiian Supreme Court now has the opportunity to answer these questions once and for all.
There has been no shortage of theater surrounding Andy Martin’s actions at the Supreme Court. In the same week that the request was made by Mr. Martin, Associate Justice Steven Levinson announced his surprise retirement from state’s highest court. While he explained his actions by saying that his “batteries needed recharging”, court watchers are theorizing on the significance of the move and what it may be telegraphing in regards to the Martin request to open Barack’s birth records. Justice Levinson will be serving until the end of the year.
Presidential candidate Barack Obama has also indirectly interjected himself into the situation. During the same week that Mr. Martin’s request was made to the Hawaiian Supreme court, Barack is suspending his campaign for a few days in order to visit his sick grandmother in Hawaii. Unnamed sources claim that he is bringing along a team of lawyers on this visit to an ailing relative. The Obama campaign has not yet answered our query regarding whether Barack has brought a legal team with him to Hawaii.
A decision by the Hawaiian Supreme Court is expected before the election. We will report on that decision when the high court makes its ruling.
You are so cynical. He took the lawyers with him because they offered to do some pro bono legal work for his ailing grandmother. Even if the Court decided that he had to produce, Andy Martin is still and will die a complete ass.
Actually, she broke her hip weeks ago. The current excuse from Obamessaih is that she’s failing fast. And she might be ... the power behind Obama has nasty talents which can take lives and twist souls.
I sincerely hope his guts ache from the stress of this as much as mine do, because of him.
Of course, the plaintiff in the lawsuit is a a DEMOCRAT. Not that the MSM would mention that.
I want a conservative ICE agent to arrest him as an illegal alien and put this issue front and center for the whole world to see. Then he’ll be forced to prove his eligibility or withdraw from the race.
I’m sure they are mostly, if not all liberals. Hawaii is a very liberal state. Even though the Gov. is a Republican (Linda Lingle) she is a moderate and even liberal on some issues.

By not releasing his birth certificate to the public, is Obama hiding his father’s nationality. What if his father’s birth certificate says: father Arab; mother Arab?

If Obama was born in Kenya regardless if his mother is a citizen he is not eligible to be the POTUS under the constitution...
It would require an Amendment.... Which is potentially the reason for delay and the play would be get him elected first by legal wrangling the production of this cert then after he is elected deal with the Drama of amending the Constitution...
They would know, your passport says where you were born. Pretty simple.
