Today, WALB-TV news (NBC affiliate) in Albany and Valdosta, Georgia reported the story of Jack Justice and his family. Justice, a mentally challenged man who visits an adult daycare was taken to vote by a yet-to-be-publicly identified “aid.” The rule at the adult daycare is that a permission slip must be signed for Justice to leave the facility. No permission slip was provided or signed. But that’s not the really sad part.
This aid signs an oath at the Dougherty County election office that they will cast the vote the way the adult daycare participant wants. However, this aid wouldn’t cast Justice’s vote for McCain and made the vote go to Obama.
Never. ACORN has its tentacles all over the country. The fact that Ayers, Wade Rathke's brother Dale, embezzled a million dollars from ACORN. According to one source, although they knew about the missing money in 2000, they didn't tell anyone because the family had agreed to pay it back. In the meantime, a donor named Drummond Pike, the founder and chief executive of the Tides Foundation paid off the money stolen by Dale. He then put Wade Rathke on the board of the Tides Foundation. Are you confused yet? Back in 2004 we were talking about all the money Teresa Heinz was giving to the Tides Foundation. And of course, the Tides Foundation gives money to some ACORN affiliates. And don't forget to throw George Soros into that mix as well. It's a nasty web.
Thanks for the post. This ocurred in Albany, Georgia. I was surprised to read on a different thread that said GA may be in play for Obama. Now I know why. ACORN surrogates have headed south.

Let him vote twice more. Once to cancel out the vote for Obama that he was forced to cast, and the second time for his real vote.
I don't doubt what you say at all. Vote fraud is one of the most effective SOPs (standard operating procedure) that communists use to take over nations by what appears to be democracy in action, but in reality is a disguised power grab facilitated by fraudulent election results. Democrats have been perfecting vote fraud techniques for decades, and their tactics are becoming more difficult to detect with every new election.
I am convinced that Obama's fictional "lead" in the polls is being created out of thin air by the fawning MSM and their hired gun pollsters to keep McCain supporters from voting. They hope to discourage McCain supporters by making them think McCain-Palin is a lost cause whether or not they expend the usually minimal time and effort required to go out and vote on election day. That tactic almost worked in the last two general elections, and they are now confident that they finally have it down pat this time.
However, as a Christian I believe that God can and often does easily frustrate man's cleverest and most diabolical schemes. So let's just all pray that He will do exactly that in this the most important turning point election since Lincoln won the highest US public office a century and a half ago.
That's a crying shame at the very least, and a good reason for OH lawmakers to impeach those two at the most.
In Georgia we have an Atlanta city government that refuses to obey the state's laws that it's mayor and her cronies don't like. The Atlanta mayor and the Atlanta airport manager are flatly refusing to obey the new state law that allows licensed gun carrying citizens to carry guns on non-secure airport property such as airport parking lots, and in those portions of the terminal building that are not within the federally controlled secure areas.
To top that off, a federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit to force the mayor to obey the new law. He threw out the suit on the grounds that an early 20th century segregation era public gathering law that was specifically designed by racist lawmakers to disarm black Georgians takes precedence over the new law. That ruling is now being challenged in a higher federal court, but I have little hope that the absurd decision of one liberal federal judge will be overturned by another liberal anti-2nd Amendment federal judge.
What's the point of a state having an elected lawmaking body if the laws it makes can't be enforced due to one very liberal judge's opinion of their validity? Hopefully we will still have a Republican majority in the '09 Georgia General Assembly that will repeal the racism-inspired public gathering law and thereby cancel the feeble excuse which the federal judge used to block implementation of the new state gun law. But if HUSSEIN Obama is elected he may preempt all state and local laws and declare the US to be his private experimentation lab for evaluating the radical social and fiscal policies that he plans to put into law when he becomes dictator for life over all the people and nations in the world.
Have you seen the Neely Young trash job on Speaker Glenn Richardson lately? They're going after him for being "eradic" and "angry." hmmm.. makes me wonder where those talking points are coming from. Sound familiar?

Thanks for the tip, I will try to follow up and see what's up with the Neely vs Richardson situation when I have time. One problem we have here in GA is that the hard core Democrats who ruled GA like it was their own private plantation for the last century or more can't seem to adjust to the current political landscape in the state house, and some of the former Dems who switched over to Repubs in recent years in order to stay in office are still Democrats at heart.

Some of the laws our ancestors designed and enacted to keep emancipated black Georgians in submission by selective enforcement are now coming back to bite us in the butt, and the PG clause of GA's gun law is a prime example.

If I were this family— there would be SEVERAL law suits coming....not for any other reason than this man deserves to have his rights protected.....
