Today, WALB-TV news (NBC affiliate) in Albany and Valdosta, Georgia reported the story of Jack Justice and his family. Justice, a mentally challenged man who visits an adult daycare was taken to vote by a yet-to-be-publicly identified “aid.” The rule at the adult daycare is that a permission slip must be signed for Justice to leave the facility. No permission slip was provided or signed. But that’s not the really sad part.
This aid signs an oath at the Dougherty County election office that they will cast the vote the way the adult daycare participant wants. However, this aid wouldn’t cast Justice’s vote for McCain and made the vote go to Obama.

Hey, if you don’t think it is OK to take a mentally handicapped person from their daycare center and drive them to the polls and then vote for them, then you are a racist!!!!!1111
They should go to the FBI and impound his vote for evidence, they should check the ballot. If it’s what the voter wants keep it. If it isn’t then the ballot should be destroyed and corrected.
If the worker voted for all Dems against the voters wishes he should be prosecuted for voter fraud.

A few yrs. ago, at a sheltered workshop where I worked with disabled people, a mentally challenged but legally competent young man (Republican per his file) told me the teachers were taking him to vote. I asked him who he was voting for. He showed me a piece of paper. The living skills teacher (Democrat) had written in the names of the people he wanted him to vote for. (ALL DEMOCRATS!) I made a copy of the paper on the copier AND GAVE HIM HIS PAPER BACK. When he returned from voting, I asked him who he voted for. “I DON’T KNOW. I DON’T HAVE MY PAPER! I never really pursued it but I know that is why they do what they do for the disabled now!
I should have mentioned that the same guy who founded ACORN, founded SEIU. His name is Wade Rathke. Rathke was a member of SDS with William Ayers. Ayers left the group and formed The Weather Underground with Dorhn.
