I just want to say that there are too many stories on the blogosphere that would destroy Obama's chances of winning. One of them has to be true and one of them has to give... My question is which one will it be and when will it happen..
-Ed Hale is said to have 3 certified Kenyan Birth Certificates of Barrack Obama -There are now 4 court cases in 4 different states challenging the Obama campaign to produce documentation -There is a supposed taped call of Michelle Obama threatening African International. -There is a supposed "whitey" tape out there of Michelle Obama -The Obama/Odinga connection hasn't hit the main-stream media yet and we know this is true
And I am sure there is a lot more that has yet to break. We have to put pressure on Fox News to break these stories. Obama just said Fox News is biased in a pre-emptive strike to intimidate them into not breaking these stories. We have to previal and get the word out - maybe Rush or Glenn Beck or Greta or Sean... but we have to get them to report this stuff.

Plenty of things already have seen the light of day! Where are you dwelling? Obama’s acceptance speech alone was enough to make any thinking person beg for the return of Bill Clinton before electing Obama! The problem is with the electorate and there is no conceivable way to correct it. The left has been hard at work for generations to eliminate barriers to voting, to put vote fraud systems into place, to take over the media and to dumb down the citizenry to the point that a marxist candidate can spout utter nonsense and the media will tell us what a genius he is! If our voters had any appreciation for their birthright none of the present candidates other than possibly Palin would even be in this race and we would have an entirely different group in congress. The current financial problem would not exist to be an issue.
Talking about not enough coming to light at this point is like someone who has thrown away a huge inheritance complaining that he is not eligible for unemployment compensation.

Yes, it does bother us. Thing is, the way the system is set up he doesn't have to actually prove he's eligible, and we're not going to change that in 2.5 weeks. We've long heard claims "I've got BHO's Kenyan BC!" but nobody has seen it - especially nobody that matters.
Ok, so there's 4 court cases under way: is there any hope whatsoever that they will result in a disqualification within a couple weeks? Has a Kenyan BC been submitted as evidence? (and if there has, it should be accessable & publishable as public record.) Is there any legal way to compel BHO to prove eligibility else be disqualified and removed from the ballots? Apparently not...
Yes, it does bother us. There's just nothing that can be done at this point. If there is, DO IT; otherwise, shut up and let people focus on what can be done in what little time is left.
Yes, there are lots of rumors. While the Left excells at "never mind the facts when the allegations are so serious", the Right doesn't. Tape? play it. BC? show it. All these allegations hinge on alleged possession of things which can be shown publicly in a matter of seconds - but we've seen nothing for months. There is no BHO-crushing October Surprise - get over it.
Nothing has been proven decisively which could be proven in seconds. Kenyan BC? show it. Michelle's tape? play it. Time's running out and the handwaving and smokeblowing continues.

Yes. Legally, it's meaningless. Someone posted a doctored picture on a website. Circumstantial evidence that something is amiss, yes, but NOT legal proof that BHO is not a citizen. Short of a foreign BC (if you've got it, show it now!), there is nothing that can legally compel BHO to prove his eligibility.
The real nonsense is that Obama has not disclosed one single shred of official proof he is a U.S. citizen.
He doesn't have to. The way things work now, you'd have to prove he isn't.
I am comparing the wllingness to believe something just because it is damaging to the opposition - even when it has not been proven to be true.

In the case of the Palin situation it was clearly a made up story.
What is the reason behind this? Who did it? Why? Who benefits? Last I checked they are standing behind the story and claimed they had a tape of the call.
If they produce the tape I will gladly eat crow.
I am no Michele fan that is for sure.

This story has so many twists and turns that the original place of birth/parentage of “0” is only ONE problem...If you or anyone else has 8-10 hours to spare, you might research the law on Natural born vs. Naturalized and the many paths this might take to get to either one.

Filing in multiple states may speed the process. Are you aware that the case is, so far, just awaiting a decision as to whether a citizen has a right to require proof?
Does a citizen have standing to bring the case at all? That is the current question and the possible conclusion at the same time as that ruling is only a possibility.
This case is like the citizenship itself. People rush to say “Born to an American “ is an American. They need to do the research.
This case must be resolved in two weeks flat. Coming from the grass roots, it needs closer to two years. BHO can easily stall indefinitely.
I hope the case(s) succeeds, and doubt it will. Raises an important issue, with lots of motivation to squelch its proper resolution.

One of Berg’s points is that foreign governments will be reluctant to do business with the US until bho is official and he won’t be official unless this is cleared. If he stalls, then he will push the country from constitutional crisis to something even worse...eventually, he’ll go to jail for treason IMO if he stalls...the US would cease to be a democracy. Sound grim? All he has to do is comply with the Berg suit which is like complying with an employer doing a background check.
Ya see ... that's where things get a little ... difficult. He's not going to comply. He's not going to let a simple piece of paper - or more likely the absence of a simple piece of paper - interfere with becoming & being the most powerful man in the world. The trick will be persuading a judge to say "prove it" - despite the back-hall chats that judge will have.

The bomb was a great idea, but it only worked if you dropped it from a very low altitude. The problem: at night, it was impossible to safely fly low over dark water.

This tactic was used effectively by the Democrats against Bush 41. On the weekend before the election, they dropped a big "bombshell" to discredit Bush.
I think it was something about Iran-Contra that had been claimed, investigated, and discredited long before. But even though it was recycled news, the Bush campaign had no opportunity to respond. Some claim that it was the last straw that caused enough people to defect to Perot for Bush to lose the election.
Whatever it is, it has to be big - REALLY big. Huge. “Live boy” big.

Even the Bush 41 “bombshell” may not have been the undoing; a popular independent plus “read my lips - no new taxes” was plenty.
