Filing in multiple states may speed the process. Are you aware that the case is, so far, just awaiting a decision as to whether a citizen has a right to require proof?

Does a citizen have standing to bring the case at all? That is the current question and the possible conclusion at the same time as that ruling is only a possibility.

This case is like the citizenship itself. People rush to say “Born to an American “ is an American. They need to do the research.

This case must be resolved in two weeks flat. Coming from the grass roots, it needs closer to two years. BHO can easily stall indefinitely.

I hope the case(s) succeeds, and doubt it will. Raises an important issue, with lots of motivation to squelch its proper resolution.
