We need to determine if ACORN in "red-lining" areas in which they conduct mass voter-registrations----and whether ACORN is excluding areas, thereby profiling voters which they deem unsuitable for mass canvassing.
ACORN IS PROFILING VOTERS; profiling is a crime. One FReeper reported in realtime: he was approached multiple times by ACORN canvassers ......but they lost interest when the FReeper said he was a Republican.
That means ACORN gave orders to "profile" voters. ACORN deemed individuals who voted a certain way were not suitable to sign-up and register as new voters. ACORN'S refusal to register a person to vote based on the person's political party could be adjudged an infringement on the person's civil rights.
We need to determine if ACORN in "red-lining" areas in which they conduct mass voter-registrations----and whether ACORN is excluding areas, thereby profiling voters which they deem unsuitable for mass canvassing.
Profiling is considered a serious crime. The law in many states creates a method for registering complaints of "profiling," and requires individual states to investigate each complaint filed.
ACTION NEEDED File a complaint regarding ACORN'S profiling potential voters.
(1) Contact DOJ----EMAIL askDOJ@USDOJ.gov
(2) Contact the FBI TIP SITE: https://tips.fbi.gov/
(3) Contact the election committee in your state.
(4) Contact your state's Secretary of State.
If an ACORN worker refuses to register you to vote ---get (A) the worker's name, (B) the worker's ID, (C) place of ACORN worker's employment, and, (D) ACORN worker's immediate supervisor. Report the ACORN worker, local agency, and supervisor's name to the FBI, the DOJ, your state's election committee, and the Secy of State in which you live.
SPREADING THE VIRUS; HOW ACORN & ITS DEM ALLIES BUILT THE MORTGAGE DISASTER

FR POSTED

EXCERPT By STANLEY KURTZ, NY POST----To discover the roots of to day's economic crisis, consider a tale from 1995. That March, House Speaker Newt Gingrich was scheduled to address a meeting of county commissioners at the Washington Hilton. But, first, some 500 protesters from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) poured into the ballroom from both the kitchen and the main entrance. Hotel staffers who tried to block them were quickly overwhelmed by demonstrators chanting, "Nuke Newt!" and "We want Newt!"
Jamming the aisles, carrying bullhorns and taunting the assembled county commissioners, demonstrators swiftly took over the head table and commandeered the microphone, sending two members of Congress scurrying. The demonstrators' target, Gingrich, hadn't yet arrived - and his speech was cancelled. When the cancellation was announced, ACORN's foot soldiers cheered.
Editorial writers from Little Rock to Buffalo condemned ACORN's action as an affront to both civility and freedom of speech. Editorialists also pointed out that the "spending cuts" the protesters railed against were imaginary - Gingrich proposed merely to slow the growth in some welfare programs and turn control back to the states.
Yet ACORN had only just begun. Two days later, 50 to 100 of the same protesters hit their main target - a House Banking subcommittee considering changes to the Community Reinvestment Act, a law that allows groups like ACORN to force banks into making high-risk loans to low-credit customers. --SNIP--

Still pushing to protect junk mortgages at any cost: ACORN continues to march and rally to get Congress to support its radical agenda, as with this demonstration in Washington, DC, in March.
hee hee hee- good one Liz!

Please post links to the statute(s).
They would only approach me one time.
It’s not a crime, but acting in a partisan manner will eliminate their tax status and grant eligibility.
I would encourage STINGS — on video and -— where they have people identify themselves as Republicans and see if they refuse.
Even phone calls:
Caller: “Hi, I need help to register to vote, but am disabled. Will you help?”
A: Sure
Caller: “Does it matter that I am Republican? I can’t stand Obama. Will you still help?”
A: FU
Etc.
Get good tape and video. Set them up.
It’s not a crime, but see my last post.
I called Pelosi’s office in DC yesterday and got one of her brainwashed moron staffers on the telephone. I asked him what Pelosi was going to do about the voter fraud and all I got was evasive BS. Call Pelosi’s office and ask for one of the brainwashed morons and maybe you will get the same one. 202-225-3121
Pelosi’s office acted like they’ve never heard of ACORN and told me to call my local law enforcement if I know of any voter fraud. I told this moron that it’s all over TV. Again, he appeared clueless and said he couldn’t respond for the speaker. If he can’t respond for the Speaker, then I suggest he leave his job that taxpayers are paying for. Welcome to the Liberal asylum that used to be called the USA!
Glad you liked it. It’s called “hoisting them on their own petard.”

It would make for good local news.
Reporters are liberal, but they are lazy first.
Hand them a good news story with video, and they can’t resist.
Short, sweet.
In many states submitting falsified documents to a govt agency is a felony.
Falsifying official documents incurs felony charges for first-degree tampering with public records, first-degree offering of a false instrument for filing, fourth-degree grand larceny, and first-degree falsifying of official records.
Sure, the “Mikey Mouse” registrations are a crime.
The “Republican profiling” you talk of, however, is not a crime.
What it is, is a violation of the 501(c)(3) non-profit status because it shows ACORN is a partisan organization. Probably more important.
Didn’t the feds essentialy bankrupt the KKK out of existence by extracting multiple money damages by racketering convictions?

=========================================
MODUS OPERANDI L/E authorities need to determine whether ACORN colluded in multiple schemes, whether ACORN used ID theft in donation schemes for favored candidates. ACORN had at its disposal numerous names that could have been employed in various ID theft operations to fuether its political goals.
Moreover, ACORN may have solicited donors who are officers of publicly-held companies to manipulate publicly-reported earnings through a variety of devices designed to produce materially false and misleading financial results.
Authorities need to determine whether ACORN colluded with its donors---particularly donors who are officers of publicly-held companies-----in schemes that may have included (1) misusing corporate reserve accounts, (2) concealing losses, (3) inflating asset values, (4) improperly accounting for transactions, (5) deferring profits into reserve accounts, (6) improperly shifting capital funding to other projects to hide illegal payments to ACORN. ACORN donors may have fraudulently booked contributions as business expenses.
ACORN may have employed money-laundering schemes to evade the IRS, SEC, FEC and US banking laws. Classic money-laundering schemes work like this: ACORN might solicit a donor to write a check for say $150,000. ACORN would then deposit a percentage for itself, then illegally convert the remainder to another account----perhaps to a putative consultant, administrative, or legal account.
In the transaction, the donors money would be fraudulently converted, then redeposited offshore (in a friendly foreign bank), where the donor would have access to the funds out of sight of IRS, SEC, and US banking laws.
In another conversion scheme, ACORN might solicit donors to write checks for $50,000, then deposit the check into a subsidiary bank account labeled legal or administration fees. The bank would then illegally convert the monies and redeposit them into a campaign account (designated by ACORN) out of sight of the FEC.
Authorities need to determine whether ACORN and its corporate donors violated state and federal RICO statutes by participating in (1) securities fraud, (2) mail fraud (3) computer tampering (4)electronic fraud, (5) computer trespass, (6) theft, (7) accounting fraud, (8) co-opting donors into criminal acts, (9) failing to report wrongdoing (10) breach of fiduciary duty (11) receiving insider information, (12) filing false documents, (13) creating slush funds, (14) manipulating inventories, and, (15) improperly valuing assets.
Heheh---n-i-c-e contribution to the threaad.
Yup.
Limping or crawling away trying to shake it off mumbling to themselves "...eeeyeoh, that's gonna leave a mark..."
Is ACORN a 501(c)(3)???
If so... then how are they receiving government money (4% of EVERY MORTGAGE IN THE USA goes to them as of Jully law signed by W)
And how can they take money FROM obama’s campaign? $800thousand!!!
Aren’t both not allowed for a 501c3?
no
most groups have local chapters, etc, register under different tax structures. The ACORN Institute is not the same entity as ACORN. The ACORN Institute is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that does tax Federal funds and that is tax exempt.
