It’s really hard to give someone much credit for what they
“tried” to do 5 years ago. THAT was the time to be infuriated.
Now, just get in line.

She and ALL repubs should be infuriated that the RATS are sucessfully blaming the crisis on THEM. If they succeed, the Repubs wont win a Presidential election for a generation.

Democrats blocked their efforts and it "infuriates" her to think about how that could have prevented what eventually happened.
What's should be even more infuriating is that, those same democrats, including Obama, might just be some 3 weeks away from being put in charge of that economy, with even more power to completely destroy the free-market system in the U.S. and to make socialism the official economic system of the country.
With Obama and he democrats in charge, I wouldn't put my money into stocks, and I would pull out whatever I had in the market, and I wouldn't even think about starting a new business, since, in a socialist state, most of your earnings go to the state.

Mrs Dole voted against the bailout bill.
One of the few who knew what was right.

Did she vote for or against the bailout? Every politician who voted for it, including McBama, is unfit for office no matter who “mad” or “infuriated” they are.

“steaming for five years.”
Exactly!
I’m sorry, but I’m too peeved and poor to listen to these transparent lies. These idiots are making up any excuse they can come up with and expect people to swallow this crap. Good lord what a lack of leadership.
At this point, let the bastards fry—when this Republican party destroys itself, it will leave room for a conservative party.
And it’s about time the country had one.

Republicans held majorities in both houses of Congress five years ago. They could have done something, but were afraid of making the Dems/New York Times/Washington Post/ABCNBCCBS mad; so, in the end, they did nothing.
Leadership frequently requires difficult/unpopular choices. By choosing to not act, the Republicans put themselves in the position to be blamed for this mess.
