Quinn & Rose this morning announced that US Attorney Peter Fitzgerald (yes, THAT Peter Fitzgerald) is bringing a RICO case against ACORN. Accusations involve mass voter fraud and allegations brought by the Clinton Campaign against them as well.

Yep, that’s exactly what I heard earlier this morning here at FR, too. Lots of rumors floating around, but this specific one - the HUGE conspiracy one involving 10 different states and the OLD ACORN investigation that’s been going for YEARS now...

I’m praying hard right now. It would be a VERY good day if the indictment didn’t just include ACORN people, but facilitators within the Obama campaign, Congress, and Obama himself. The ties are DEFINITELY there.

Maybe this will also shed some light on the funding ACORN gets from Congress, and which congresscritters keep slipping ACORN funds into every bill.

IMO ANYONE who EVER got taxpayer funding for ACORN absolutely MUST be included in the RICO case against ACORN. At the very least ACORN supporters should be driven out of Congress, but they really should go to prison.

Rumors are often circulated as part of a psych-ops campaign, so take them with a grain of salt.

That being said, I wonder if ACORN black-mailed Pelosi/Reid to put that money in the bailout bill for ACORN. It just seemed like such a bone-headed, stupid thing for them to do and bound to cause the Dems much embarrassment.

Well, I don't believe the polls at all right now, so your response doesn't hold much water for me. Carville spilled the beans the other day (sound bites played on Rush yesterday) -- this whole farce of an Obama/Acorn/Gallup campaign is at all levels designed to result in a Kenyan two-step after election day.

I feel the same. Hillary isn’t a pushover, and she would NOT make the same mistakes as Bill did regarding letting attacks go unasnwered. No matter how much I distrust the Clintons, and no matter how much I disagree with their “socialist-lite” policies, they are INFINITELY more trustworthy when it comes to safety and security than Obama and his “friends”.

I don’t think the Clintons would have a problem using the military. The reason Hillary wasn’t calling for troops to come home IMMEDIATELY during the Primary was because she KNOWS it is a REAL threat, and not Republican Propaganda like the Commies have convinced half of the Dem party (or more) that it is. Hillary WAS robbed of her nomination by this COMMUNIST wing of the Dem party - and it includes the same people mentioned in this possible indictment - Pelosi, Reid, Dean, Obama, Axelrod, etc... etc... I can’t imagine her sitting quietly and letting them “take” the party away from “her” group of supporters.

I feel I need to say the following in light of this post:

I firmly support McCain although I disagree with him vehemently on several issues. I absolutely LOVE Sarah Palin! BUT, as you said, if I had to choose between Obama and Hillary - it would be Hillary HANDS DOWN, no question about it.

I don't think it's too late. Why can't they get volunteers to peruse EVERY new signup by Acorn and cross reference addresses, names etc. If something isn't done like this all those invalid votes will be counted.
