Quinn & Rose this morning announced that US Attorney Peter Fitzgerald (yes, THAT Peter Fitzgerald) is bringing a RICO case against ACORN. Accusations involve mass voter fraud and allegations brought by the Clinton Campaign against them as well.

I read that too — a much earlier investigation that Fitzgerald was in charge of before he was in the post he has now, or something like that! LOL I’d have to go look it up to be sure, but, IIRC it was an investigation into ACORN in Chicago.

Keep in mind that ACORN was tied with this latest bailout as well. They are talking about 10 states, and also speaking of millions of dollars funneled directly to the Obama campaign through ACORN.

This indictment - as the rumor goes - could even include top Democrat leaders, including Obama, Pelosi and Reid! This could be a VERY big development, and could shut down the “commie wing” of the Dem party - hopefully for good!
