While the two presidential candidates, Senators John McCain and Barack Obama, prepare for their second debate on Oct. 7 at Belmont University in Nashville, Tom Brokaw gets to sift through questions submitted by you. In addition to queries from a group randomly selected by the Gallup organization, Brokaw will be fielding questions submitted online at mydebates.org, the site created by the Commission on Presidential Debates and Myspace. The focus of the town hall-style debate will be domestic and foreign policy, Brokaw's specialties.
The corner is actually saying McCain is doing well, so people should be happy.
I agree, I’m seeing posts from people who I never see here, and they’re all saying the same thing(whining), as opposed to what familiar freepers are saying. It’s an obvious ploy.
Bambi acted like it was the first time he didn’t get his own way when Brokaw stood him down on his rebuttal request.
I an shocked. Brokaw didn’t let Obama break their agreed format.
this will set John on fire....
obambi just looked like an sniveling kid asking teacher for a fart.
KEEP THE MOMENTUM! :-)
He’s starting to get under Obama’s skin. Jello to the wall. lol
Anyone think how long ago it was that Reuters/AP/CNN/MSNBC wrote that Hussein “won the debate”.
McCain dropped the tax plan bomb on Obama. He needs to grind thaqt into everyone’s head repeatedly.
No, he is not. barry is losing on substance and style.
LLS
Wow Brokaw actually stood up to the Obamessiah and told him to follow the rules.
it made my 17 year old daughter scream when she heard that. It’s so frustrating..
Congratulations, number 2000. Still waiting for McCain to go after Obama’s Fannie and Freddie contributions and advisors.
Guys, listen.......there are things to go after Obama on, and I wish McCain would do it more.
But, people eat up this bipartisan crap.
That helps McCain, not hurt him.
Now, failing to criticize in other ways could be a bad idea, but it is not going to end the election for him.
Nice slapdown from Brokaw for the Obamination.

McCain wants to give the “poor” a $7,000 tax exemption per child! That will buy a lot of cigarettes, beer, drugs and tatoos!
Actually, I think he has been doing BETTER than Barack Obama - especially on zinging Obama. If you all remember, we went through this during the last two elections, with people moaning that Bush was going to lose, that he deserved to lose, that everything was horrible...
We do have some genuinely unhappy Freepers here, but I do believe that there are a GREAT number of trolls here during the elections whose only purpose is to demoralize the base. This year, it is more important than ever to try and see them for what they are...
I think you're right. So far he is connecting VERY WELL to the segment of the VOTERS that he needs to win.
