The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.
As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.
Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away instead of just providing the documents the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

Is that sarcasm? I didn’t think they liked WND. Or maybe that is just some posters here. They ran the story on the Palestinian brothers contributing to Obama and uncovered that they had paid for tee shirts. WND is okay in my book.
Easiest thing in the world to make go away but instead he hides behind the CAIR lawyer and the DNC tries to shut people up.
By reaction I'm pretty much convinced the guy can't prove he's a natural born citizen, and possibly not even a citizen at all.
Check Obama’s Mother’s passport.
I meant to say, “Good for Berg. Keep at it!”
I wish the media outlets would showcase this case and the updates to it more. Even Fox never mentions it is ongoing, from what I can tell.
I MIGHT give them some credit if the more fair or conservative outlets felt they should not report an allegation, waiting until there is more evidence (instead of LACK of it) perhaps, but why would there be a problem reporting a lawsuit filed by such a prominent attorney?
We hear of allegations and upcoming lawsuits all the time for everything else. Why not this one?
Barack (or even "Baraq")
Hussein
Mohammed
Obama
And the DNC knows that very few in the USA will vote for someone with that name.
Great idea, show ‘em the money!
As I've said before we will probably find out that there is "No controlling Legal Authority". Hey, it worked for Al Gore didn't it.
The Electoral College will likely declare McCain President, if Obama is not a citizen. You don't really think the DNC or the courts are going to disclose his ineligibility before the election do you?
Good point. It doesn’t matter where he was born. If his mother is American he is an American.
Did she renounce her citizenship? Methinks so.
Absolutely. Perhaps Rush will get on this when he's back on Tuesday.
I don’t think he is ineligible. however, I do believe the birth certificate would show something really embarrassing, and might even be a deal changer for some people.
just my opinion.
I think we already got our October Surprise. Worth 700 billion.
An interesting question. NObody's ever had to answer it before because nobody's ever had to ask. baraq is soooo special that way. Heck, you've gotta have a birth certificate just to be in kindergarten or Little League. But not to be President of the US? That is upside down!
If we had a free press, THEY'D be making a daily issue of it; but we don't, so they aren't; instead, they're splitting hairs about Sarah and Todd Palin's fishing licenses. Beam me up!
I’ll bet somewhere on Obama there’s the Mark of The Beast, but I don’t put much stock in them getting any leverage on his birth certificate.
Agreed. I’ve always thought this was a bunch of nonsense, but why wouldn’t Obama just have a certified copy of his birth certificate reviewed by the judge?
</i>
Why not just produce the birth certificate? Wouldn’t that be waaaay cheaper?
