I think one of your guys was out directing traffic on one of my trips to work.

Pretty sharp looking.

Poison center stayed up and running.

We had one carbon monoxide tragedy and a miracle saves.

that I didn’t get banned in the first few days. LOL!

But, like you, and because of you (:D) I found the Canteen
and have felt at home ever since! I have branched out a
bit, but not too far from “homebase”!

Saw some very nice tweedy fabric and I’m thinking about a blazer.

Began lurking occasionally during the Clinton-Lewinsky mess, reading World Net Daily. Increased the lurking during the Y2K buildup and the election cycle. Finally, the hanging chads got me and I signed up. I probably would have signed up a year and a half earlier, but I was reading a lot of Claire Wolfe at the time, keeping my head down.

I was working nights during the 2000 election. Followed links and found FR.

Lurked all the way through 9/11. It was the only thing that kept me going.

Signed up some time later.

My husband had bookmarked it on the computer where it sat for probably a couple years. I would look at it now and then but never got really interested until the Bush memo/Rathergate issue.

When I saw how FReepers broke that story of it being forged, I was hooked. Lurked for a while before I signed up.

During the 2000 recount I needed information and I stumbled upon this site. It literally helped me keep my sanity. I’ll never forget when the Supreme Court decision was announced. I was on here, the decision was being read on the steps of the courthouse by a reporter. Some on the beginning of the thread said “Oh no.” Then the calmer voices started analyzing the decision. What a relief.

Hmmmmmm......I heard about FR on Rush's show, from Rush and guest hosts Tony Snow and Mark Levin. When my son finally broke me down to purchase a PC, which I didn't especially want for myself......worked with them and hated filling in the blanks.....one of the first things I did was check out FR. Signed up the same day, Valentine's Day.
