How the Palin email hacker suspect was caught Thomas Lifson September 20, 2008
TGDaily, a tech site, explains how the suspected Palin email hacker, 20-year-old David Kernell, a student at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and son of Democratic Tennessee state representative Mike Kernell, was caught. He used a proxy server supposed to anonymize his identity, but the owner was quite upset at being used to cover illegal activities, and was also contacted by the FBI. Read the further details here.
It is obvious from posts the hacker made that he was fully conscious of breaking the law.
There is some suggestion that the hacker may have a loophole. Chloe Albanesius of PC Magazine writes:

Let’s put this in language which more can understand. Obama’s supporters hacked his opponent’s email and published them all over the internet.
Everyone who uses email should support vigorous prosecution of this punk, regardless of their political leanings.

I don’t know if I care how he was caught, I do care if the little treasonous bastard is going to be or not be punished and imprisoned.
I care if he and his family suffer for this little creeps misdeeds and if there are finally consequences for the leftist traitors in our country.
