Mod note: Do no post any screenshots of Governor Palin's Yahoo account on Free Republic.
Thank you.
On the heels of media reports that Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was using a private Yahoo e-mail account (gov.palin@yahoo.com) to conduct Alaska state business, hackers have broken into the account and posted evidence of the hijack on Wikileaks.
An activist group calling itself anonymous claimed responsibility for the compromise and released screenshots, photographs and the e-mail addresses of several people close to Palin, including her husband Todd and assistant Ivy Frye.

Things like this, along with the many, many other detestable actions of the left over the past years, has me actually rooting for this divide in the country to come to a head. It is becoming clearer every day that the left in this country has absolutely no interest in freedom, patriotism, the rule of law, justice, and plain old common decency. Frankly, I don’t see how this country can go on much longer as long as a sizable portion of people (leftist democrats) insist on acting like thugs and criminals whenever they don’t get their way.

It’s got to be tough being a conservative Democrat. We have alot here where I live and many of them are without a home. I wish they had more standing in the party and could field more candidates.
And also welcome to FR.

These attacks on Palin are, without question, the most serious evidence yet of the total collapse of the liberal establishment. I consider myself something of an historian and I cannot think of a single candidate for high office in the history of the United States who has been subject to so many unwarranted, vicious, abominable attacks as Governor Palin. Weve had presidents and vice presidents, and candidates to both offices who had plenty of baggage, known and unknown, and not a single oneno, not all of them put together have ever had to suffer anything like this in the whole of American history.
She has them running scared.

I just read the emails that were released. Numerous prayer requests from friends of Sarah and notes of encouragement. From some of the titles they released, she was sharing pics of Trigg and other younguns. Nothing of interest except to voyeurs.
This is the worst the libs can come up with? (I have no doubt someone at the DNC had a hand in this.)

They bitch if she uses government email to send personal emails and they bitch if she has a personal account to send personal emails. There is no making liberals happy.

IMO, this will get her a LOT of sympathy from anyone who wouldnt want their own email hacked.
Any time 'they' attack her, it backfires. She has nothing to be attacked for, except for being conservative and a common citizens, unlike the DC elites. She appeals to more Americans than the empty suits on the other side. (Not to mention the mysteriously missing suit, Biden.)

The left has gone off the deep end to just plain evil.

I wish he would have caught them and held them at gunpoint until the police arrived. They would find out real quick where he stood on the 2A.

I don’t think Obama has condemned the hacking of Palin’s emails. I doubt if he will.
