Certainly, if Obama's relatives and friends in Kenya have any political clout there (I just saw on another FR thread that a cousin of Obama is the Prime Minister), they will do their utmost to ensure that Obama's Kenya birth certificate - if one exists - does not get into the hands of anyone, like Mr. Berg, who can use it to thwart Obama's bid for the presidency.
And would it matter anyway...his mother was a US citizen, wouldn’t that make him a US citizen in any case....I’m confused as to all the fuss about where he was born.
I absolutely support the lynching of the puppet masters for putting us in risk of a National Security magnitude.

I don’t know the laws of all of the states to tell you that. I only know that the law in this state requires your name to be qualified by X date to be a write in candidate.

The RNC or some Republican entity should intervene in this lawsuit. As a lawsuit between Democrats, the possibility of collusion is too great. It is not clear that the parties are truly adverse to each other.

Barring that, an aknowledgement by Obama et al that there IS PROOF of his legitimancy as a citizen and he will provide the docs to back it up.
