The dems now have a theme: McC and P are LIARS, LIARS LIARS. This may sound silly to us - but - I saw McC on a woman’s TV program and the women, along with Whoppi Goldberg, were demanding McC stop “lying”. Don’t kid ourselves, this may be effective as a constant refrain. McC needs to counter now.
Ya know my dog tangled with a skunk tonight and this story smells much worse.
The problem is that the media only hears what they want to hear and make up what they wish was true. Hence when Palin says she visited Kuwait they heard “PALIN WENT TO IRAQ AND SHOT A MOOSE” and when Palin said “Clarify which Bush Doctrine you are referring to “ they heard “IM A DUMB WOMAN AND I DONT KNOW ANYTHING”
Relying on the ignorance of the masses, how can they live with themselves.
Uhm, I guess they may have stretched the truth when they suggested that Obama was an honorable opponent.
If liberals found it easy to live with themselves, they wouldn't hate moralists so much.

There was no misunderstanding, Palin always said her itinerary was going to Kuwait to visit HER troops and Germany to visit the injured warriors. For full disclosure she included Ireland for refueling. There was no staffer. The media is just trying to make up a lie that was never there and was due to their own misinterpretation and desire to bring down Palin.
In other words, they made up a lie and now are accusing Palin of lying.
Anyone can play the tape back on any of her speeches and she always stated the same travels.

Palin was scheduled to visit an area north of Kuwait, but officials wouldn’t say where exactly because of security concerns. On her way back to Alaska, she was scheduled to stop in Germany to visit wounded soldiers.

Yup. The MSM is attacking her with headlines, edited clips and the CG “newcrawls” across the bottom the tube, hoping people will not read further or ask for more.
Unfortunately, it works. They know they only have to convince 4-5 percent of voters to give Obama a victory.
I will never forget when President Bush in 1992 attacked Bill Clinton on his foreign policy experience, We were told by Andriana Mitchell NBC news that he had traveled Europe(communist countries) and had commanded the national guard so shut up about it. I would love to have those headlines back to throw in their faces.
