I’m inclined to light some candles and put them on my porch as we did for the candle light vigil when it happened.
We all must remember the cowardly attacks and the taking of thousands of innocent lives perpetrated on 9/11/01 by Islamic Terrorists. There is no need for an apology, as Keith Overbite suggested, for reminding the American people of who the enemy is and the danger we face; as well as reminding the rest of the world that as Americans we will fight back to protect our people and the tenets of freedom here and around the world..

Dolly, it took a lot of work to put this together, and I thank you for posting this touching rememberance.
It’s so sad how the media has sanitized this horrible event.
May God rest the souls of those we lost at the hands of muslim terrorists. And may the souls of those murderers burn in hell for all eternity.

Yes...I had forgotten that tomorrow is the day.
Sept. 11, 2001, among other things, was one day when FreeRepublic was a big part of my memories. Stuck here in the office, there were virtually no other sites on the web available that had any information about what was happening.
The gang here was quick to understand what was going on, and how the world was changed.

My husband and I were watching the 9/11 documentary (repeat) Sunday...
We especially remarked how ALL the planning took 7 years to completion..(I think I'm correct) and now we're 7 years later...
Fr. Mychal F. Judge. He remains to this day the only 9/11 victim the media has shown to the American public.
And that’s only because they mistakenly thought he was gay.
