[that automatically replace words considered rude or offensive with more acceptable variants. “Butt” replaces “ass”, “breast” is substituted for “tit”, and so on.]
I’ll go against the flow here and say I almost wish this would happen on FR. In the past year I have seen more crude words posted than in my past 8 years.
A lot of it by newer ‘Freepers’ who may have migrated from sites like D.U. or some such.
Free speech doesn’t have to be crude.
