Palin Pick Causes 'Elation' among Evangelical Leaders
cbn ^

Wow. Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is John McCain's pick for Vice-President. Folks, this is s close to a game changer as you can get.

Let me give you some instant reaction. I can tell you that The Brody File has been talking to multiple sources in the conservative Evangelical community and the reaction has been EXTREMELY POSITIVE. As a matter of fact, I am told that when conservative leaders heard the news this morning at a meeting at the Council for National Policy, one attendee told me that there is "nothing but elation. People are giddy. They are energized and they now believe that in fact this campaign has the ability to win this election."

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Although I am not a big fan of McCain, he has absolutely kicked Obama's sorry liberal butt over the past couple of months. How many people were in that stadium last night? Who cares.

McCain has definitely reached out to the conservative base with this VP pick. Of course, he has also reached out to women voters who engage in identity politics. And he offers a first to match the Rats first. A rather masterful political move.

McCain has made a solid conservative choice.

Palin should please pro-lifers and Evangelicals.

Better watch out, Joe Biden!

I am really disappointed in his VP pick. This must make the obamaites & Obama/Biden thrilled ....it really weakens McCain's chances with independents imho

I'm watching her speak. Excellent!! It's going to be one hell of a convention.

This gives me HOPE for America, not HOPE based on money...but HOPE based on morality, compassion, wisdom and patriotism.

It's back to "We the People....

THank God...Lotsa work to do to make it happen....

Me too!! I just don’t get it?????
This election is not about Obama,Mc Cain, The Clinton’s and Gov Palin it is about the future of AMERICANS that we live in this country feeling safe!

This election seems to be TIT FOR TAT IMHO..

I am a Staunch Conservative but I don’t get his choice
In reality Mc Cain is 72 yrs if something were to happen to him are we to assume she can RUN THIS COUNTRY??

We have so much at stake this ELCTION no longer seems it is about the USA and the Americans who live here....

Sarah Palin - pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, pro-drilling, small government, strong defense, fiscal conservative, butt kicker. Hope some of it rubs off on McCain. And an Army Mom to boot! I may even be able to support this ticket.

I just caught a few minutes of her speech. Bambi is only going to need the back of the index card his resume is currently written on when he updates it for his next job interview!
