OK....I think I found it!!

The name of the show was:

"Dastardly & Mutley in their Flying Machines" / CBS

I found this link to it on a Google search.

The show is listed about half way down the page in the left column, 10:00am Saturday morning time slot, with a pic, and this description of the show:

Enormously popular 'Wacky Races' had two spin-offs this season.

This one featured the aerial adventures of villainous World War Two 'ace' Dastardly and his snickering dog Muttley. They were trying to capture a pigeon.

It's at least one cartoon with the only snickering dog I could find...or remember!!!!

I've been here for 7 years and never had a problem with anything I've done. I thought maybe you guys would like some entertainment. I've donated to the site before, and although it's been awhile, that is the only real beef you should have with me.

Been here since 98 and it was obvious that your post would get the kind of reply it did. It is all in fun and you could have avoided it by emailing the moderator.

Personally, I would have anticipated and enjoyed the replies, knowing what they would be like.

I am glad you liked it. I only posted it to relevant threads, I did about a dozen times, not EVERY thread as was alleged. I didn't mean any harm and I am glad some people enjoyed it. I don't do it very often, maybe once a month or so.

I want to get along with everybody, so to those who were upset with it, I apologize.
