Bad link. No link to this article. I googled and did not find an article with this title.

So that’s why it’s so dang cold in the office, they are just trying to prepare us for something that was predicted in the 70’s.

predicted that the Earth will enter a "Little Ice Age"
From James Hansen, current GW guru: "Yawn, been there, done that......"

Bump for later read.....C

First it was Nuclea winter that the scientists were predicting.
Then in just a few years, it was Global Warming with the land masses under water from the deluge caused by melting icecaps.
Now its another Little Ice Age with droughts and deserts.
STOP IT! I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE.

"Curiously, the Sun never has been seen as a cooling agent, but as a cause of warming. It clearly has roles in both cooling and warming," he said.
I want to read about how he thinks the Sun is going to be a COOLing agent! What, a giant heat sink?
Warming agent: heating both from increased solar output as well as strengthened magnetic field leading to decreased cloud nucleation from decreased cosmic radiation.
Cooling agent: cooling both from decreased solar output as well as weaker magnetic field leading to increased cloud nucleation from increased cosmic radiation.

And the last time the earth was as hot as algore claims it will be, most people were serfs, not free.
This was true before, during, and after the warming period. What is certainly true is that after the warming there was a very large increase in growing season, in amounts of food available, in growth of cities and spread of civilization.

Freeper John Ringo has already written about this:
All we need is a flu pandemic to make him a seer.

stupid crappy IE browser.
anyhoos, the sun has something to do with this....amazing.
doesn’t this kind of line up with what that australian scientist showed on that you-tube “is CO2 to blame for MMGW?”, where we have ‘peaked’ and are headed into a long, cool, cool period?

I've been watching www.solarcycle24.com to see if any band openings occur. The low sunspot observation has become a more interesting issue than radio propagation forecasts.

Hmmm. If it gets too cold here, we might need to use Mexico for awhile.

I didn’t read the article.
I know the idea that man is the sole reason for global warming is preposterous. The sun has more of an effect on our climate than carbon emissions ever could.
I may have taken too long to complete Earth Science in high school, but I still enjoyed it.

“Keep your cooling, I want it to stay warm.”
Hear hear! The only thing worse than a “Little Ice Age” would be a "Big Ice Age". Last time that happened, most of Canada was buried under a couple of miles of ice. It probably got unseasonably cool in parts of the U.S. too.
