I’m watching now and with his “performance”, this thing ain’t going away anytime soon. Bob Woodruff didn’t hold any punches.

Edwards is spouting lie upon lie. He was not the father. Didn’t know anything about payoffs. Went to hotel only because he received a call suggesting that he see Rielle to listen to her hardships. Picture of him holding baby was a doctored “tabloid” photo.

The pundits are going to have a field day when they start analyzing this interview.

What was disturbing to me was that I didn’t sense much empathy towards his wife.

In a statement later today, Senator John Kerry issued a statement declaring Ms. Hunter a "homewrecker."

Ahhhh, photos like that bring back great memories from the good old days during the campaign, when Kerry and Edwards couldn’t seem to keep their hands off each other. Not a day went by when there weren’t three or four suggestive pix of them leaving the stages all along the campaign trail, hands brushing each others sleeves, cheeks, and backsides. It was SO MUCH FUN TO WATCH!!! I counselled all FReepers, “let’s just enjoy this while it’s happening.... soon enough, word will get back to them , and they will have to stop.....”

Although I was thinking Hunter, herself is the one who tipped the National Enquirer...

...it is a definite possibility the clintons are repaying Edwards for endorsing Obama...you know, the ole horse head in the bed sort of thing just to remind EVERYBODY what happens whenever the clintons are crossed.

Clinton bringing up “staying faithful” is meant to take attention away from Obama.

Clinton did the exact same thing to Gore during his Convention. :)

As Al Gore learned in 2000, having one Clinton, let alone two, hover over you as you campaign for the presidency can be a trying experience.

The Gore campaign had hoped to choreograph Bill Clinton out of the picture at its convention, in Los Angeles, giving him the prime-time speaking slot Monday and then staging a symbolic “passing of the torch” to Gore the next day in Michigan.

But Bill Clinton started to steal the limelight on the prior Thursday, in a lengthy public confessional in which he said that voters should not hold Gore accountable for Clinton’s personal failings.

The president then arrived in Los Angeles on Friday and was the toast of the town for three days leading up to his convention speech. He dominated the torch moment in Michigan and continued to preoccupy much of the news media for the rest of the campaign.
