LAMB: You mentioned in the book that the founders were disrupters, magnificent disrupters. Explain more of that what you mean. If somebody disrupts your day, it does not make you very happy.

PELOSI: I love disruption. Yes, I mean, when I say surprises, I do not want to be surprised about something that I should know about. But disruption is the American way. The founders, think of what they did. Think of what they did, this band of patriots, as they declared their independence from the greatest naval power in the history of the world. They signed an oath, a declaration of independence to fight for that independence.
