The Sen. Barack Obama campaign held a conference call this morning on one of the key battleground states in this race: Pennsylvania.
Team O, led by Gov. Ed Rendell, stressed the importance of registering and winning over the one-million-plus, un-registered voters spread out over the Keystone State.

What a stupid comment for the Penn. Governor to make. Of course not “all of them are there yet.” A lot of Democrats, regardless of what state they live in, will NOT vote for Obama this November.

As a Pennsylvanian I hope that my fellow citizens will put aside Political party nonsense this year and vote for the best interest of America and our State.
Mr Obama is not qualified or capable of being the President of the United States

Mr Obama is not qualified or capable of being the President of the United States. What an understatement! He's not qualified or capable of running a corner drug store, either the legal or illegal kind.

I don’t see Barry O getting the vote of either the PWTs in Northeast Philly, or the blue collar white flighters in Delaware County. Clinton, Gore, and Kerry carried these people easily.

I see a big “Wilder effect” in Western PA as well. I think PA will be close unless Obama flips Centre County, wins big in Montgomery County, and the cities of Philly, Pitt, State College and other black or college areas.

We’re in Montgomery County, outside Philadelphia. I’ve put up our McCain yard signs and stickered my “mom-van”. So far, no snide remarks. I’m seeing Obama signs in the area, but I’m a little surprised there aren’t more. It may just be early, but I’m hoping it reflects some uncertainty about Obama on the part of local folks. Time will tell.
