Fox News is announcing that Tony Snow has died.
Heartbreaking news.
I’ve been watching news of Tony all morning and the tears keep starting and stopping and starting again.
What a wonderful man he truly was....A lot of folks truly loved Tony...I did! The good die too young and its heartbreaking.

This is a very sad day. Continuing prayers for Tony, his family and loved ones.
My initial reaction was disbelief and true sadness. I TRUSTED Mr.Snow when he reported and responded to news. I am now thankful that his pain and suffering are over and he is with our Lord to share eternity in peace and true love. I will pray for his soul.

Much of modern medical research is starting to focus on the importance of stress as a contributory factor in heart disease, cancer, etc. So one can't help but wonder if his time as WH press secretary had an impact.
I do hope that President and Mrs. Bush attend the service.

Mware, I remember your and other Snowflakes’ excitement about the visit with Tony at that CPAC conference. Just another example of what a great and down to earth guy he was. When you think of the level of succcess/celebrity Tony achieved, especially in this town, it is all the more amazing he kept his feet firmly planted on the ground, and never lost his sense of priorities. Boy, am I sad.

Major Garrett now on Fox saying that people all across America are heartbroken with this news. Said that everywhere he (GM) went, people asked, “How is Tony?”
Garrett said that wherever he went, people would ask about Tony, even years after he left the studio.
