Don't feel bad for Geraldine Ferraro. Looks like the Hillary supporter who got into hot water back in March for claiming Obama's race was an advantage has landed on her feet, scoring a gig with the English-language edition of the People's Daily, the official organ of the Chinese Communist Party.

For some reason, Geraldine apparently decided to adopt a pen name, writing as "Ding Gang." Perhaps a Chinese-language expert out there can explain the hidden meaning behind her choice of alias.

What's that? The author of Obama Phenomenon in U.S. appearing in today's People's Daily isn't Ferraro? It really is by a guy named Gang? Well, can you blame me for thinking I saw Gerry's hand at work in Gang's article of today? Compare and contrast the comments that put Ferraro in the MSM doghouse with Gang's take:

Maybe what the foreigners don’t understand is the political environment that breeds such ridiculous and dangerous candidates. We have a government that has little credibility with its own people. A government that through its own malfeasance, has some of the lowest ratings in history and just continues to work for itself, instead of its people. A government with no pride of America, just a lust for power over the people. Socialism is running rampant and is seen as the fast-track to power by our radical left, RINOs, and other careless politicians.

It is an ugly climate that fosters such PATHETIC candidates.

Well, Ding is a common surname in China, and is the simplest to write; only requires two strokes. Gang can mean a whole sort of things.

One of the possible meanings for gang is anus. Of course, if we had the actual Mandarin characters, we could determine exactly what word is being used. Gang can also refer to a clock or the process of tempering steel.

You are correct, however, Americans continue to sit on their fat asses and stick their hand out for more free stuff. They recognize that if government gives it to them free, takes the crap that Big Everything and the Rich are out to screw them, and government will make it right and feed them. So, they take it free and don't care. Basically, I would not give you 50 cents for half of what calls themselves Americans now. Just watch a few of the scum balls on shows like Cops and other police video programs and see what socialism has made Americans into. Nothing but trailer trash of all races, sexes, and creeds.

Really not fair to Donovan McNabb. McNabb is an average quarterback. Overhyped, yes, but below average, no. You can pick any senator at random, and they have more of a resume than B.H.Obama.

Take the doofus Harry Reid, for instance. He was a decent D.A. who cleaned up mob and gambling ties in Clark County. He's probably about as average as you can get for a senator, but he's still lightyears ahead of Obama in the resume category.

I disagree. McNabb is a good quarterback. He just hasn’t had any good receivers. He’s more of a comparison of Tavaris Jackson. We in Minnesota are afraid he might tank this season because he’s so raw.

My point is that McNabb is, at worst, an average quarterback. He's done about as well as can reasonably be expected with poor receivers. It remains to be seen what he will do with good receivers.

Obama isn't even in McNabb's league.
