I have been negligent in making sure a tribute for my friend from the Singles' Treads was posted. I enjoyed many exchanges of emails & FR mails with her and although most of us knew she had health issues, I was shocked to hear of her death. She was in the process of remodeling her kitchen & enjoyed time with her family & pets. She was thoughtful & playful. Heaven's gain is our loss.
RIP Peiggi.

Oh, she was so young! I just know that God is holding her in His loving arms right now. All her pain and suffering is ended and is replaced with pure joy and peace. I send my prayers and sympathy to her family. God bless them.

Thank you for posting this thread - and the beautiful graphics in it.
How sad to learn of her death - yet how glorious to think of her stepping on shore and finding it heaven....and finding herself whole....and being in the presence of her Savior, our Lord Jesus, moment by moment with nothing of sin and sorrow to get in the way of perfect joy with Him!
May God’s perfect peace keep her loved ones and comfort them all in the loss of this gentle lovely soul.
I hope she will have a great Freeper reunion in heaven with so many who have gone before her....from among us.

May she rest in eternal peace and may God comfort her family.

Oh no I had no idea - I knew she was sick and had been for a while but she was always so optimistic and played down the seriousness of it. A really nice and often funny lady.

So sad I was only thinking the other day we shortly coming up to year anniversary of Gretchen's death.
This time last year I looking for a present for her as a treat (she had very little money to spend on herself in-fact she often down played how poor she was).
I had a bonus at work and was going to treat her to lower end of the range but decent digital camera, she never did receive it having sent it the week she died. Her son ensured that her friend Mike got it and I hope he has enjoyed using it and it is a memory of his dear friend Gretchen.
I so miss her; everyday I used to check my email, my mobile for texts or simply FR for pings or freepmail she was one of the dearest friends I have ever had even though I never got to meet her or even speak to on the phone. I had always hoped we might I know she was very interested in possibly visiting the UK had finances allowed.
There is still a big hole left in my life from her departing - God Bless GretchenM and those she touched.
We seem to be loosing so many wonderful freepers and now dancing with cats joins the ever increasing list.
