WORKING-CLASS students have lower IQs than those from wealthier backgrounds and should not be expected to win places at top universities, an academic has claimed. Bruce Charlton, an evolutionary psychiatrist at Newcastle University, has written a paper asserting the reason why fewer students from poor families are admitted to Oxford or Cambridge is not because of social prejudice, but lack of ability.
He suggests that low numbers of working-class students at elite universities is the "natural outcome" of "substantial" IQ differences between classes.... His claims could trigger an outcry similar to that faced by the Nobel prize-winning geneticist James Watson, who was forced to apologise after claiming that African and Caribbean workers were "demonstrably less able" than white ones.
However, Dr Charlton argues it is precisely the fear of creating controversy that prevents other academics taking the same line.
He said: "That is why such obvious scientific truths have not so far been stated clearly, or have actually been denied.
"(This theory is] accepted among those who know and understand the research."

Let us use common sense... IF man in the flesh was formed/created just a mere 6 thousand years ago there would be NO difference in the appearances of humanity. Mutations could NOT occur quickly enough to have billions of Chinese or else we would have been told that a miracle gene of ethnicity had been placed into Adam and Eve. The Old Testament traces who begot whom right down to the birth of Christ and the Heavenly Father guarded that bloodline very closely.
Genesis 1 says Let US make man in OUR image and it was good... Then a couple of days later there is NO man to till the ground and then the description of the Adam is given. I did not write what Moses penned but DNA gives verification that it is literally NOT possible to have different ethnicities as result of either God cursed genes or the weather turned real hot or cold.

Race, as you describe it above, is an evolutionary concept based on outward physical characteristics and assumptions of mutation rates again. In reality there is only one race, the human race. Now, if you want to switch definitions of race and argue from the other side, I understand.
Race or ethnicity is result of the Heavenly Father's handiwork and He said His creation was good. Evolution with their art work alone demonstrated who they projected evolved upward. Now given the never ending bloodshed over whom is superior or lessor seems to me this would have been acknowledged in that instruction book, wherein Christ said I have foretold you all things.
That's one of the problems with believing in evolution. It is absolutely blinding to any other interpretation of reality.
I do not believe in evolution of any form to be causation or reason for the multiples of kinds of peoples to be found upon this earth. God says that all souls belong to Him... and He was not speaking of the flesh bodies that return to dust. Now this IQ business is little different than some of the other man made systems of organizing or grouping peoples for self serving purposes.
The problem is that they really believe what they say and would act on it if they thought they could get away with it.
Someday they'll believe that too and then we're all in trouble.

Based upon my limited knowledge of history domination has not been limited to any specific race or ethnicity or even within ethnicities... there are even accounts wherein domination was attempted within immediate families. Race gender and religions get the headlines regarding attempts to dominate in these politically correct religious times.
DNA says what it says it is the code that identifies the flesh physical body and links back to genealogies. The soul/spirit cannot be measure by DNA those characteristics are measured by the acts of the being.

So at conception one child appeared to have gotten a double does of the father's genes and the other got more likely a triple dose of the mother's genes.
