As long as they're not eating trophy bucks, I say go for it.
“Well next the Lefties will want them covered under the endangered species act - save the Python!”
They will have a problem. What about all the nutria (that don’t belong here either and breed like the rats they are)?
The pythons will eat them and then the envirowhackos will have to make a choice. Either snakes or rats.
Their brains will explode.
Oh, please. Captain Hyperbole, where are you!
Some poeple are idiots.
You forgot Monty Python.
(file suit to list the python as an endagered species.)
If i find one, i can assure you it’s endangered.
.....Either snakes or rats......
There will be no Problem by Dims making this decision. They are now totaly engaged in the process and contributing hundreds of millions to make their voices heard.
I throw him a rat and BANG he hits it with such a force....I love my snake.
Personally I would not want one as a pet....
I have to admit because of the now late Steve Irwin my fascination with them grew. A friend of mine had a pet store with pythons and I was able to play with them and a few other snakes.....snakes really are cool but I think I will stick to my dog....

“python on a stick” was an “oblique” reference to Monty........
More media hystria.
More people have been killed and eaten by bears and alligators than by pythons and the reality of this really happening is remote.
If it does occur - they are a good source of protein and leather.
Yeah, Jeb!
Here's a picture of him with my daughter from three years ago (he's bigger now):
But personally, I think anyone who keeps giant snakes and isn't a professional herpetologist is just nuts.
BTW, meet Fluffy, world famous reticulated python owned by Bob Clark:
Is it a 'pointed stick?'
Just how fast are these things?
Quite.............
Hmmmmmm-Hmmmmmmm.
