John Paul Stevens, age 88
Antonin Scalia, age 72
Anthony Kennedy, age 71
David Souter, age 68
Ruth Bader Ginsburg, age 75
Stephen Breyer, age 69
I think he is on record as saying that the last two were too conservative.
Or, vote Dem and get:
Justice William Ayers
Justice Bernadette Dohrn
Justice Saul Alinsky III
Justice Donna Brazile
Justice Mumia Abu Jamal
Justice Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin (a/k/a H. Rap Brown)
For Pres...probably the Constitution Party candidate...down ballot, any true conservative who happily admits that he/she is.
THANKS FOR THE PING.
“For every one of you WUSSs we lose in November, well pick up five or six independents who might otherwise have voted for a rat.”
From what I’ve heard, those independents will likely vote for whoever gets us out of Iraq the soonest.
I’ve got 25 years in the military, and I’m not voting McCain. Guess I hate myself...
I doubt that.He will just pander to liberals and independents and I dont think he will win anyway.
” They might retire. They might die. They might stay. You cant predict this. “
Exactly, just as you cannot imply McCain would get to appoint 3 or 4 new justices.
If Songbird wins there is NO way the activist judges retire, none, zero, nada. In fact, they`re hanging on right now. So theoretically, if Songbird is POTUS the ONLY way he`ll get to replace any activist judge is if they die.
And there is no guarantee Songbird will appoint strict originalists since we know he`s a liberal and loves to shred the 1st Amendment with his very own BCRA.
*I figure Obama would be the least effective of the three at actually getting anything implemented -*
He will have congress, the press, etc.
Will get his agenda passed.
But you knew this.
“This is a conservative website not a rino site.”
McCain is more conservative than Hillary or Obama. They are the only three still running for POTUS that have a chance. Therefore, voting for McCain is the most conservative choice. However, those attempting to convince people not to vote for McCain indicates that they would rather have a far left candidate as POTUS.
You would have to.
If McCain becomes president, Bush is going to seem like a right wing fanatic by comparison. I will never vote for McCain but I wouldn't hesitate to vote for Bush if he were running again.
Six and one half dozen of the other.imo
I think he’d have about all the R’s, and lots of D’s, opposed to anything he can come up with - McCain actually scares me the worst, he has the potential to bring a lot of R’s along on his bi-partisan adventures.
If he keeps it up I may vote dem.
Yeah, the GOP in CA was so effective before Arnold. LONG before Arnold.
By observing the intense hatred McCain seems to have towards conservatives.
I would rather we organized and fought the dems nominees tooth and nail. Bork ‘em.
Conservatives are not going to have a seat at the table this go round. The country is going to be in a world of hurt the next four years, no matter who wins. Let the Democrats take the blame.
Who exactly is this magical "WE"?
McCain staff perhaps?
