U.S. Rep. Geoff Davis, a Hebron Republican, compared Obama and his message for change similar to a "snake oil salesman" [at a Northern Kentucky Lincoln Day dinner].
He said in his remarks at the GOP dinner that he also recently participated in a "highly classified, national security simulation" with Obama.
"I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button," Davis said. "He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country."

Thanks.
Yep. The devil made me do it. :-))
No. One state to your southern border, it's used as a colorblind collegial term -- although it is meant in the strongest possible way when spoken with an edge.
Derived from the colloquial 'old boy' or 'dear boy' -- think late-period Victorian-era Arthur Conan Doyle British. Ky has imported much Anglophilia on the cheap -- idioms, manners, customs -- viz the Thoroughbred industry.
Exactly. In the South (these days), "boy" is not a racist epithet ... example, "he's a good ol' boy."
But I'm sure there will be an outcry. This whole race thing has gotten ludicrous and tiresome. And my, isn't Obama doing a good job of healing racial divisions? Heh.
Perfect.
Of course, Obama’s camp has to be careful of making a big deal of this. Every mention of it is giving airplay to the Congressman’s point that Obama doesn’t belong in the Presidency ... and that he was clueless during a nuclear attack simulation.
I hope Biff, Barry, Osama takes the bait on this and hammers him on it.
If so, then he falls into the trap and we get to ask him why it would not cause him any sort of discomfort of the mind if, in the process of black nationalization, a few will meaning white people get hurt.
He actually wrote this in his book. If he wants to address the ‘boy’ in this remark, and not the glaring fact that Hussein can’t make a decision when the balloon goes up, then he’s going to get wallup’d.
Somebody will draw him in on the ‘boy’ thing, and then ask him about the allegation that he’s a spaz behind the trigger.
It would be a shame, after all, if he really did hate America after having become the National Command Authority. Secret Service can’t exactly pry the football out of his hands and fake his credentials in the event of nuclear war, should he decide retaliation wouldn’t serve any useful purpose.
And when the sports talk stations say “your boy went 0 for 5 last night” referring to A-Rod or some other ballplayer, or when people use the term “good old boys” or “old boy’s network”, or when they say such and such was a “whipping boy” or they had a “boys night out”, or when hip hoppers say “your boy” this and “your boy” that constantly we should demand apologies?
Get real.
Because our primary isn't until May 20th, I checked to see if I could change my party affiliation. The SOS website was quite clear that you could only vote for your "new" party if the change was made before Dec 31.
It's a shame that people leaped before they looked.
Whether this is one of them or not, it will clearly be interpreted as such.
I don’t care what the courts say. They can shover their PC nonsense up their rear ends.
Yeah, well.
Now we get 7 days in the news cycle of faux-outrage over this.
typical white person!
Oh, man (see, I didn’t use the b-word). It may have just slipped out, but this will leave a mark. Not to mention the 24/7 liberal media outrage machine will be going full tilt.
So you're going to address a 46 year old black man as "boy?" Forget PC or not PC, that's just uncivil. It's really no different than addressing him as "Sambo."
Is that so? Google “your boy” and “that boy” and see the thousands of times it has been used recently in normal conversations. Of course, if you got the vapors about this congressmen using it, I guess I really could care less what you think.
Several on this thread qualify for that. They run in packs (same ol bunch yo) on race threads always saying the same shite: "Someone Republican and/or many FReepers are racist"
I think they are agent provocateurs just looking to stir stuff up as resident "_____ " Republicans
