Just got a call from Kristinn on-scene.
This is the SECOND round of attacks that the station and Freepers have withstood today.
Cops are clearing the street of cars so the violent radicals can march down the street to the recruiting center unencumbered.
Crowds have been throwing rocks, paint bombs in GLASS bottles, water bottles, and anything esle they can throw.
MPDC Chief Cathy Lanier was there before the attacks, ORDERING HER OFFICERS to DO NOTHING if the station was attacked.
No arrests are being made.

Kristinn is asking any Freepers and Friends in the area to come down and stand with the Freepers there now.
Be aware that this is not a place for children.

I called him an idiot, among othermoonbats, and he asked the police if I could verbally abuse him like that. I had my back to the police, but apparently they answered in the positive because the idiot started shaking his head yes and said, “they can??”

There is this section of the Riot Act: § 335. Guam and Virgin Islands included as “State”
It does not mention D.C. There was some discussion as to whether DC falls under the jurisdiction of federal law, as it is not a state. The implication seemed to be that they can make their own laws. Any thoughts?

It is absolutely pathetic that a Chief of Police would order her officers NOT to arrest someone who is assaulting them. Forget the sticks, and guns... But not ARRESTING someone who is causing bodily harm to another — not to mention OFFICERS??? Absolutely astounding. What do they think they’re encouraging by letting these people continue these actions??? They are only assuring that it will heighten over time and that eventually someone is going to get killed one day... Then what?

Street cops will be hurt, civilians will be hurt, there will be much more property damage, all at the hands of the radicals running wild.
One tall officer missed taking the paint bomb in his helmeted head by 2-3 inches. He heard the splat and turned to see what it was. I said, "Yep, missed you by 2 inches." He just kept walking.
It was a miracle that none of the FReepers were hit with the shattered glass, instead of the splattered paint. The rock they threw was good sized, no pebble that! It would have surely broke the window or seriously injured one of us had it not hit the awning first.
I'm glad the DC taxpayers have so much money that they don't mind paying huge amounts of taxes to pay for SWAT teams and cleanup crews. If there were any functioning brain cells in the sheeple they would be "peacefully assembling" at the city council meetings, EVERY time they meet, DEMANDING they put an end to this nonsense.
An older officer said this would not have happened 20 years ago. Later, another said it would not have happened 10 years ago. So, the commies won their "rights" by suing the city/force. Now the law enforcement agencies will not act in order to avoid a lawsuit.
Pretty nifty, huh? They have taken control of the country, one lawsuit at a time and the sheeple continue to sleep!!!

I hope video was taken. Especially with small cameras that protesers couldn’t notice easily.
Even a Flip Video Camerawould be okay...although they only can record 30 minutes or 60 minutes before becing full. With other cameras, you can have multiple tapes, DVD, or SD Cards to record hours of action.
If you can't edit video, I am sure there are plenty of FReepers who can do that for you. I can, and in the case of a big event with lots of videos, we could split up the processing tasks and post back the links to where we upload the videos, whether it be at You Tube, Google (Good for long video segments), Live Leak or Qtube.
I believe this is a way we can leverage the power of Free Republic for maximum effect. For every one of you who are able to be at events, there are many of us wishing we could do something to help the FReepers on the frontlines. And there are thousands of bloggers who would love to embed the videos of this stuff on their blogs to show the world how "nutty" the nutroots are. Someone or two or three people could set up near the action where they have access to the internet, and upload the video brought to them by the videographers, or runners, and the video files uploaded to a file sharing site. There are many who offer free accounts, and multiple accounts could be set up that would be shared by several FReepers, who would then download copies of the files, and get to work on editing the footage, adding titles that indicate a screen name for the videographer, the location, and the FReepers involved in processing the video, or whatever is decided. The left is very found of "viral project" and I think it is high time we went viral ourselves.
This is an information war we are in, and we need to generate some information ourselves that exposes the tactics and behavior of the left, and highlights the efforts of those brave few standing up to them. We can swing public opinion with a project something like what I have proposed. We also need to make the other side think twice before doing something stupid. They'll have to start asking themselves, "Will FReepers be there?" And if the answer is yes, maybe they'll go back to fingerpainting, or whatever it is they do when they aren't protesting Western Civilization.
Some of us FReepers definitely need help in posting things on YouTube and other places where the police and media will see it.
Taking videos is not a problem. Timely posting is.

What the individuals that were there witnessed was an attack by an organized group on the United States of America. It was no different than when John Brown attacked the arnsel at Harper’s Ferry.
If, we hadIndividuals of the same caliber that were governing us today as we had then they would be dealt with in the same manner.
They were numerous felony crimes committed by the attackers. They were not a mob. They were an organized force.
The actions across the Nation yesterday clearly demonstrates how low we have sunk as a Nation.
Regarding Hannity, I can't tell you how many times we have stayed up all night to transfer video of these riots onto DVD and even delivered it (per Fox's request) to their door. And they didn't use it. Fox has changed over the past few years to be more interested in Greta-type stories. We are left with the media bypass choice, more and more these days.
It made great photo ops for the MSM, photos of the "dead" soldiers rising up from their graves and marching on the "evil government that killed them."
Even when you just look at scum like that, without even talking to them- they just have loser written all over them. They just have that look of someone that hasn’t done a useful thing in their life. It is probably good that I don’t live close enough to go to these protests; I have little patience for stupidity and would probably find myself in major trouble.

One big problem is that it's a workday for us. The radicals are on spring break, or "civil rights lawyers" who make their own schedules thanks to their windfall from past lawsuits against the city.
All told, there were probably only a dozen Freepers who stood in defense of the recruiting center yesterday; many of them only able to stay for part of the day.
Well, we each do what we can, and we pray that it will do some good.
The radicals will be back in April, to stage more riots when the military leaders appear on the Hill to answer questions from "patriots" like Hillary! Clinton, Barack Hussein Obama, John Conyers, Maxine Waters, UpChuck Schumer, etc.
There will no doubt be more opportunity for the radical rioters to do damage.
Maybe this next time they will feel empowered (from their freedom to toss paint bombs yesterday) to toss molotov cocktails and acid bombs.
Oh, won't the police chief, mayor and city council just love that, when law-abiding citizens are seriously injured because of their dereliction of duty?

If the Head of the Department of Justice had any integrity he would indict the organization that planned and carried this raid out. He would also indict the DC City Council and police chief on accessory after the fact charges. If that had been an adortion mill, the response by the DC City Council, the DC police chief, and the DOJ wiuld have been dramically different. Deadly force would have been used, individuals would noe be in jail, and indictments would be handed down. But we have what we have. But my guy is not as corrupt as the other guy, I'm geting my free money, housing and health care,ect.....
