Good luck with that, if it was easy to do the Ninth circus court would have been removed years ago. (I know, federal is different, but still...)

Right on! These secular-humanists and atheists want all children to be indoctrinated by the State from the earliest possible age, and homeschoolers are a direct challenge to their ability to do so.
This one is clearly legislating from the bench. Impeachment is an appropriate response, but don’t expect much support for this in the People’s Democratic Republic of Californika.

" "keeping the children at home deprived them of situations where (1) they could interact with people outside the family, (2) there are people who could provide help if something is amiss in the children's lives, and (3) they could develop emotionally in a broader world than the parents' 'cloistered' setting."" In other words...Parents and home bad, Village good...

Perhaps a homeschooling family who is in accordance with California law should be the poster-child for this drive. From what I have been able to gather, the LA Times completely blew their analysis in the article where they said that homeschooling had been declared illegal.
Basically, the kids in this family were not registered to homeschool. They were enrolled in a charter school and were failing to attend, staying home for “home teaching” in lieu of going to class. That ran afoul of California homeschooling law.
From what I understand, the judge decided the case correctly. If excess words were thrown in to discourage or otherwise detract from legally homeschooling under California law, the censure is probably the appropriate level of “punishment”. But impeachment for following the actual law in question is a bit over the top, IMO.

Hey, the got rid of Grey Davis; didn’t they? Why couldn’t they get rid of a few judges? Why GW left these judges there is anyone’s guess.

Parents do not have a constitutional right to home school their children.Irrelevant.
People do not, and never have, required any constitution to grant them the right to teach their own children. This right was granted by nature and nature's God. It is the state that needs some constitutional justification to abridge that right.

For some unexplained reason, the mere notion of Impeachment has developed a bad reputation. Our society regards it as thuggish and interfering with the "independence" of the judiciary.
The judiciary is just a branch of government, coequal with the other two, not superior.
Fer cryin' out loud, all impeachment means is that the state legislature fires a rogue or incompetent or criminal judge! What is the big deal?

Where in the Constitution is a parent denied the right to home school his or her child? This idiot needs to go back to law school.

The removal of many of these so-called judges in America is way overdue. Their desire morph themselves into some kind of freaky Constitution gods is destroying my country.

I ranted about this issue for much of Friday and there seems to be some confusion as to what the Court has decided about the issue. I question whether this is an isolated case or if it will affect tens of thousands of people.

Now, THIS I’ll contribute to. Keep us informed. And, after the clown is impeached, please publish the judge’s address. We can play this game as well as the lib-O-nuts.

This judge obviously lives by Hillary's! bible ‘It Takes a Village’. The Leftists want our children for their entire first 18 years. Hillary! recently said that government run day care should start at 6 weeks old in case the parents aren't bringing up their children the right way. Socialism from cradle to adulthood. That's the Democrat way.
