And the state has no right to demand that these children “interact with people outside the family”, interact with “people who could provide help if something is amiss in the children’s lives”, or “develop in a broader world than the parents’ ‘cloistered’ setting.”
Sorry, this is just judicial arrogance, pure and simple. This is a judge who believes he knows better than the parents what is proper for the upbringing of children. The fundamental freedoms of this nation are individual freedoms, and NOWHERE does the Constitution put the state in charge of raising children. That’s a straightforward communist notion.
This judge needs to be impeached or recalled, whichever process is required to remove him from the bench. We must reclaim our country. And, that starts with tearing down the indoctrination model that is our current state run school system.
