There are 16 houses in my community for sale. Most are moving to mid florida or west coast. Some gave up selling and are renting. THey are also west coast (Naples) or mid florida. I want to go to either one...but have to wait a few years....I can’t wait to get out of here...

Most gringos have already left.DOn't blame the South Americans. The ones coming in now generally have alot of money and are professional people. The problem in south florida isn't the Cubans or South Americans, its mostly Urbanized black America, plus some central american gangs.
