[Paradox]

South Fla. has become the capital of the third world—Central and south America and the islands,its barley a possession of the US any more. Most gringos have already left.

DOn't blame the South Americans. The ones coming in now generally have alot of money and are professional people. The problem in south florida isn't the Cubans or South Americans, its mostly Urbanized black America, plus some central american gangs.

I'll give you an example of what is happening in South Fla. There's a high school named Edison high. At one time it was a premier school. My parents went there in the 30's. Now its a hell hole.

There was a riot there last week. The blame is placed on the Haitians.

Here is the problem with that.

I worked in Haiti for 5 years shoulder to shoulder with the poorest(in wealth not spirit) people in the Caribbean. They were decent honorable people. I was proud to have worked there and proud of much of the work we did there.

Fast forward 20 years. Haitians come to America by the hundred thousands. They lose any and all respect for parents, elders, teachers,police, etc. within months of living here.

Now they are the problem here, but are they really? I'll just tell you this. Any time Haitians are managed by other Haitians, they work well together there is little fighting and things go smoothly. once they are introduced to the feel good/no rules society they don't know how to adapt and things fall apart.
