Inconvenient Help!

I need help. My employer is making me watch "An Inconvenient Truth" and there's no way out of it. What movie or documentary can I use to prove an opposing and rational viewpoint?

Yikes, and I thought it was disgusting when one of my publishers made the entire office staff read excerpts from Pat Summit’s (TN Vols women’s basketball team)UPLIFTING book each morning, then initial the copy to confirm we’d read it.

I remember being so POd having to waste time (at deadline)on this.

I told her I become UPLIFTED more doing my job than reading this silly stuff.

Your employer is “making” you watch this film? How? Is he taping you to your seat? Is this nonsense film related to your job? I wouldn’t last 5 minutes in your place of employment. NO ONE can “MAKE” you do anything you don’t want to, EVER.

...and she's a better scientist than Hansen - when a mistake or oversight is pointed out to her, she openly admits it, and openly corrects it.

Also, something to look up is the Wegman report. That is the statistical review that the National Academy of Sciences had their chief statistician do of the Mann Hockeystick. He very politely confirms a variety of overwhelming errors that cause a wide variety of inputs (like randomizing the data) to result in the same general output. He also notes how much a very small group of climate scientists all cross-reference their work and attempt to do statistical studies...without any apparent contact with actual statisticians.

I don't see how your employer can coerce you to watch this - it's imposing his/her political opinion on you, and may be a violation of your civil rights.
